Been here for few investigations, I never seen such a low cost in any places city brain Rs 900/- and any MRI @3,555/-Patient friendly and budget friendly hospital.

This is our first visit excellent experience, in the beginning we were worried about our final bill but Manager on duty person explained us about room tariff and facilities, I just want say only one thing I have been to many hospital compare to other hospital price is very less here.As well facilities and room cleanliness, everything is very good.Last but not least Dr.Rajesh vukka is excellent doctor.

Biggest scam hospital. There are hungerly waiting to loot people who came for treatment.they have targets to reach so they loot all public money and write unnecessary tests and threaten to get admit for simple fever and fear you of getting more sick. I have attached reports which they charge for normal fever and at then every reports were normal. They even did COVID test after 2 days just to make money.Only go to this hospital if u have blackmoney. but cant afford with your hard earned money. Hope this hospital staff family falls in situations and when they have to pay thousands of rupees just for a fever then they will understandDue to fever I took my cousin to this hospital around afternoon and there was a general doctor in ER ward his name is V KIRAN KUMAR. Immediatly nurses did checkup for BP, OXYGEN SATURATION, TEMPERATURE. as temperature was high and saturation was absolutely normal and BP was 100/60 which was low. So doctor said to get glucose and some injections like paracetemol etc. And wrote amny tests like CBP, CRO,CUE,ULTRASOUND ETC which costed around 4k for test 1.2k for glucose and 2 k for bed charge and doctor fee. And wrote tablets and said to come back tomorrow.But again next day temperature was high so we came back again and doctor said nurse keep same glucose and paracetomal injected. He again wrote test like COVID RAPID test, DENGUE rapid test, malaria fever , WIDAL ETC which costed around 4k and 1.2 for medcine and 2k for bed and doctor charge and at last reports came normal.Doctor wantedly wrote unnecessary test like COVID rapid , dengue rapid etc just to loot money for us.

I did not know about this hospital until I had to get an admission there last month. Hospital is in a very convenient location. Doctors & treatment were good. Food served was good. Housekeeping could be better but, to be fair, all hospitals are having this problem with housekeeping staff during these difficult times.I am having bad experience with billing team who were supposed to issue a refund of excess payment within a week after discharge but no sign of it even after 3 weeks. They are making it difficult by avoiding phone calls and messages. Very disappointing experience in an otherwise good hospital. My advise to others. Be careful with billing. Insist on sorting everything out before leaving the hospital.

Heal and heal the man, make the correct bill but do not bill the man to see the bill and die. Finally PRADEEP is a very, very wasteful staff. Patients are intentionally billing more. As well as mocking the patient and talking. Please do not get sick in any hospital.

Take admission in this hospital only if you have unlimited black money. If you are thinking that you can get the treatment by paying the bills from your pocket and then submitting for insurance, forget it. All you will get is discharge summary and payment receipts. You will not get any other document viz., pharmacy bills, diagnostic reports, treatment procedures etc. that your insurance company needs to approve the claim.Finally, dont be surprised if you are made to wait for hours or even shouted at if you ask for the documents

The staff was extremely friendly and polite. I came here with my mother for her covid Vaccination. There were a lot of people at billing, but the staff seemed organized and calm. The Vaccination was done on the 4th floor of the Hospital and there was a waiting system there too. The government website was very slow and hence we had to wait, but the staff explained the whole process and made sure we were comfortable. Once the registration was done on the Co-Win website by the staff, we were lead to the Vaccination room and it was done within 2 minutes. We waited for 30 minutes in their observation room post Vaccination where a doctor was explaining the possible effects and what we need to in those situations. Overall it was a good experience and definitely suggest going to VINN Hospital.

Its the worst place ever.. I have lost my father. They have housekeeping staff to take care of patients. Half of them dont know anything. Doctor has the worst person u will meet. Billing is by cash and when asked for final bill for insurance..they showed all wrong transaction.please I beg of you. Do not go to this hospital.

One of my uncles friend suggested this hospital . We have admitted my father in law in this hospital before 20 days approx in last week of April . Firstly they told that we need to pay advance of 50000 Rs and later when we brought patient in ambulance they refuse to take patient in and demanded 3Lakhs in advance .We however paid 2 lakhs in advance after Lot of talks they have shifted my FIL to ICU . There is no proper treatment given to the patients inside the ICU and medication was also not given on time . Doctors are not well trained and they all looks like duty doctors . Saturday and Sunday they call rented doctors. No proper management and my FIL was complaining about bad treatment . While admitting in hospitals he was in proper condition and his health condition was also good . But within 4 days we lost him due to there poor treatment .I request everyone not to run behind this hospital it’s one of the worst hospital I saw . Given 1 rating which they are not capable to this . If I would have negative rating given that .

Please avoid this hospital. They are cheats and they need to be inside jail. They billed for two days whereas my brother was only for one day due to covid. They dint have Remdisivir injection and treatment was incomplete even then they not only charged full treatment charges they charged for two days. They insisted my brother was getting breathless and did not listen to him and refused to justify charges.

Hi ,I got admitted in this hospital on April 10th at 4:37pm, regarding this hospital, I am very much satisfied with the treatment I got from the doctors and nurses, and also the ambience of the hospital is also quite good.But I faced a bitter experience I jus want to share with everyone..on 11th I lost 4000 rupees from my wallet, somebody came to my room when i was in a deep sleep and stole 4k from my wallet. I was in a situation that I couldnt even give 20rupees to the servant and asked her to get a water bottle for me..they didnt even leave change of 10s and 50s..horrible situation..I complained regarding this to the floor manager and management but till now no one has turned up... unfortunately that day was Sunday so they told me a cause that today is Sunday no staff was available to check the CC footage...but the next day they didnt even respond to my complaint.. management was so reluctant,careless,they jus want money from the patients in the form of bills.Comig to my bill...they charged me 64k for 2 days...mentioning huge charges for unused things like PPE kit, monitor( which I dont have at all in my room),critical equipment( I didnt get this, I am not a covid patient they didnt put any critical equipment set up in my room)..for all these they charged me around 17500/- too bad..no one wore PPE kit when they entered my room. Only for PPE kit they charged me around 10k which is really ridiculous.So my conclusion is please be aware of ur belongings..dont carry money if you are admitting in this hospital alone..its better to carry only cards.Thank god all my credit and debit cards were safe on that day.And also check the bill twice or thrice before you pay them. I am just posting this review only to get the awareness and to be cautious.My intention is, the same thing should not get repeated for others. Please be more careful . Thanks

We came here for vaccination. As responsible citizen took token and kept waiting. But to our utter surprise people in the reception area,were sending their known people earlier without tokens. When contacted they simply ignored and continued with it. Highly disappointed with this.
