Laziest hospital! The only private hospital that goes for a 45 (hopefully) mins lunch break. Sitting here in Non-AC parking space for COVID vaccine for past 45 minutes, with staff on lunch break. When they know that the vaccine slots are booked from 9 to 6, they should arrange staff in shifts. And making 30 people wait together, how is the protocol being followed?No one pays for this service. And they want to compete with Max!

I am not sure how to put my experience with a single comment but let me add some high level extract of over all experience.I live and work in Tokyo and of course I never had a plan to visit India for Delivery as I heard of C Section being so common.I figured out many hospitals/doctors on the basis of google reviews but I would like to highlight a common rule that I generally follow to make a separation among fake and real reviews and that can be possible if you can filter out the review comments by some one who is active reviewer(has contributions to Other facilities)So, I got to know about Dr. Jayshree Sundar from some one in my known who delivered through a normal delivery and then made my first appointment with her and after then it was always a best experience with her, and finally my wife had a normal delivery with a healthy baby...since I was there for the whole time in the hospital, I was really impressed by services provided from each responsible team from labor to delivery and how they kept patience to ensure a normal vaginal delivery and at the last we got blessed with the baby through a Normal Vaginal Delivery.I would highly recommend all those parent struggling to find a good doctor/hospital, must visit Dr Jaysree Sundar.Dr Chanchal is the radiologist to carry all the required ultra sounds and experience with her was also superb and I admire her patience to spend more time examining the baby in the womb.Last but not the least Dr Sakshi Goel never made us feel the doctor/patient relationship by her family like support through out the process of deliver and post delivery.After delivery my experience was amazing with all the nursing staff.The cost was within my expectation. Add 10-15% extra bill for the package amount due to some additional costs that would be already shared to you such as Epidural charges etc..

Chose this hospital after searching for good and trust worthy hospitals in Delhi NCR. I was pregnant with my first baby. Had none to guide on how to go about it. I was lucky to find Rainbow hospital and an excellent guide in Dr. Neha Khandelwal Pandit. They made sure my journey was smooth and had held my hand like parents. I faced certain hurdles during my pregnancy but doctor Neha and her team ensured that we move ahead in the right direction. She did everything right for my delivery. The Doctors are well experienced and empathetic, the facilities are great shape as its a relatively new hospital.BUT, the non-medical staff is really bad especially the admin and the billing. Ive had better experience of billing at govt hospitals. Discharge activities took almost 8 hours!!!

Hospital is good for delivery of child despite being overly expensive.But once u get into the vicious cycle of pediatricians and vaccinations everything goes downhill. Doctors are incredibly rude and will put the fear of God in patient and their family members to pressurize them and admiting them for prolonged duration, carry out unnecessary tests, and milk them for cash.

I wish there were more than 5 stars. Experienced excellent care by the team of brilliant doctors like Dr Rakhee, Dr Divya and the anaesthesia team. My 12 year old daughter had a surgery to remove adenoids and tonsils. She was pretty scared and nervous before the surgery, but the whole team ensured she was comfortable. She went dancing to the OT with the doctors.

It was a wonderful experience with all the staff members and Doctors of the Hospital. All were too cooperative and supportive. We would like to thank the hospital for everything 🙂

Not a Hospital you can treat this as a Hotel.Very Bad Experience.They have prepared a wrong discharge summary which advise by me to rectify but its take not less than 1 hour to rectify the same.Billing staff prepared excess of 4000/- in Room rent. When I saw only 1000/- rectify in final bill, after so many arguments.So many hidden charges.

Dear all, we were blessed with our child on 11 September. There is so much to write about the journey till this date.My friend 3 years ago had doctor Dr. Neha Khandelwal as her doctor for her delivery it was since then that I knew a good and trusted doctor. When we started our journey we went to Rainbow hospital for consultation with Dr. Neha Khandelwal, as soon as we were out my husband said she is our Dr. One thing he always says the best abt her is she is cut to cut, the realties very well spoken and she will tell you to the extent you need to know. Our journey through these nine months was quite smooth. Before 38 weeks as my water broke I was completely panicked, called the doctor, she examined and said to be admitted. I had always wanted a normal delivery was not very sure and was completely panicked and unprepared for this admit situation. If it had been any other doctor I dont know if she could bear with me for so long. For more than 15 hours of admission I did not have pain and was unsure if even normal delivery was possible. The next 6 hours in all the pain I had given up, I asked doctor to please operate and rif me off the pain and she said to just wait for next 2 hours. Doctor I dont remember much since the time you had said this as I think I was either asleep or unconscious with pain. She told my husband that I will do it. That was her faith and patience.And that way we brought a new life in the world and it was so natural birth. The entire team of rainbow from the nurses in the labour room to delivery to discharge and any other care they were there tirelessly to accompany you on your D day.I cannot thank them less for bearing with my shouts in the labour room and delivery room.Even post shifting to my room tirelessly the team would come and check if there was any requirement or any help. You can trust the entire team of rainbow. You are definitely in very safe hands and whatever is best as per your situation is what will be done for u.Reading this currently may just be words but trust me, once it is your D day you would have a similar realisation.I just realised I have written a lot to read so will stop here. You all just be sure that you are in the best hands and entirely trust Dr Neha Khandelwal for her decision.All the very best for ur days ahead!!!

Rainbow hospital is as amazing.There hospitality was amazing.The staff was so kind and generous that my daughter feel so secured. In terms of Neatness I am speechless.Totally tidy and colourful.The hospital is not that much expensive as it is budget friendly and they did not take advantage of your problem. Salute to them.

We are doctors by profession. It was the worst hospital ever seen. Doctors are least concerned in treating patients. Their more concern is to generate revenue for the hospital. Billing include false consultations. They are doing this to other doctors. I dont know what they may be doing to general population. Horrible experience.

I started my checkups for pregnancy at Rainbow hospital just as a second opinion. But right from the first visit itself I found a very calming and comforting feeling with Dr Sakshi Goel.In time with the correct advices and round the clock help that I got from my Dr I had made up my mind to get my delivery done at Rainbow Hospital as I was became very comfortable with my Dr.When I finally got admitted I was very happy to recieve complete care and support that I required for the final day. All doctors and even the nurses were very supportive and welcoming. Even my husband was allowed to sty with me through the process of delivery which gave me a great comfort and relaxed me. My delivery went smooth because of the expertise of the Doctors before and during the active labor. The baby was taken good care of and was visited by all specialists. I was also guided by Lactation, dietitian and pediatrician as to how to care for the baby. Overall I was very comfortable during and after the pregnancy and fully prepared to take on the new role as a mother. My special thanks to Dr Sakshi Goel.

Only money making hospital. They dont even leave a child for their money. My 13 days daughter was admitted for her fever. They made it a huge. They declared that air has entered her lungs, which was not true. When we asked her X-ray report to show it to another dr. Then they denied to give it.God is watching everything and will never leave those doctors who kept a 13 days child away from her mother for 10days only for making money.

I just wanted to share my experience with you all, though I am not very proficient with words. I delivered my 2nd baby on 27th this month,via C-sec due to chronic hypertension and C-sec in past as well. I would say that you are in best hand may be this is something you will believe when you will experience at your own. As soon as, you will hit the floor you will be treated with utmost care people on the floor will know you by doctor Nehas patients they will provide you care with the guidelines laid down by Dr Neha without fail, this is all because of goodwill/ strict instructions of Dr Neha Khandelwal Pandit to her staff(though they themselves are very good at their work) as she cares for her patients and their babies too much and can go above and beyond and work tirelessly towards a healthy outcome. Hospital is no doubt well kept and clean. But the staff needs to be well groomed and they should be instructed how to behave with the attendants of Patients who come with load of stress on themselves.I happend to witness something which seemed to be quite atrocious.Yesterday I went for 2nd dose vaccination and was surprised to see the awful behaviour of a lady employee, who was not in a proper uniform, all the the time busy with her mobile, who was on duty on the second floor of the Hospital where Sputnik 2nd dose was been given, she was shouting on people and behaving indecently with them who had come to take vaccine. Shouting that too in a hospital should not be acceptable. The giving of token system was not streamlined, first the token was given and later the number was changed because we had a feeling that those who had come without an appointment were included hence the token number of the people who had come with appointment were given another number. When someone raised an objection that lady behaved indecently and started shouting on him.I have a suggestion that if you are running a clean, good and fancy hospital. These types of staff should be dealt with strictness who behave indecently with people, that too in a hospital where people come under so much of menatal trauma. Also may I request the authorities to streamline the system of giving vaccine.Thanks

I had COVID in my 2nd trimester and was suffering from post COVID symptoms and anxiety. I found dr Neha during this hard time and she was my guiding angel. Every time just talking to her gave me a lot of confidence. I had c section (due to certain complications) and never thought I would be able to walk on 2nd day of my pregnancy- all possible because Dr Neha and Rainbow hospital team. She has really touched our hearts.She is so cooperative and full of life. Not only she guided us well but the emotional support given by her was commendable. You ask her as many questions as you want and she is ready to answer all for you happily. She is the best example of a good and responsible doctor.The support staff is also excellent. I want to make this request.Do Not go rainbow hospital in the night they only thik about consultant fee.my baby was criying i gave him gastic medicine and went to the hospital when. I reached my baby was fine but for extra cautious I went in hospital.Dr was treating my baby and share some medicine.medicine was not available in pharmacy. They re-direct me to Max hospital to take medicine.No medical shop was open in max hospital.As per patient purpose of visiting the hospital.ONLY CAN PAY CONSULTANT CHARGES.

Dr. C S Mythreyi is the best gynaecologist I have seen ever. I came to her for c section delivery but she has made it normal delivery. She is very generous and polite as well down to earth. I had delivered my baby on 26 June in Birthright by Rainbow. My experience with the services that I received was extremely pleasant n memorable. I will start with the beginning. When I was exploring hospitals in my 25th week, I was very confused. Then I put a query in Birthright bcz it was empanelled with the corporate insurance. N I got a call from Palak Taneja, Birthright Manager. She listened to me sincerely n attentively. As I am a first time mom, she understood all my concern n counseled me. Based on a previous review(image attached) it looks like they are giving covid vaccine shots with pre-filled syringes.If true, this is a clear violation of govt norms and would lead to more doubt, thus creating further hesitancy not only among vaccine detractors but also general population who genuinely want to vaccinate and avoid contracting and spreading the disease.As a result, I have proactively cancelled my appointment at this center to be certain that, not only I am being injected with a vaccine(and not saline) but also it is the correct dose of Sputnik since both the doses are different.Hopefully, the hospital authorities see this comment and clarify.Since reviews is not allowing to attach screenshots or provide links to the references Ive made above. Exhorbitant prices for blood tests and investigation reports/blood tests. Some of the tests are 8-10 times costlier than regular lab tests. Attached are the pictures for you to verify. I paid almost 18,500 rupees for all tests shown in the picture. Doctors consultation charges quite unnecessary. They charged consultation for checking in on the health of a child who had fever and vomitting twice daily and just to see the childs face and thats absolutely ridiculous. Even when the child was doing ok, all investigation reports came out to be ok, the child had no fever and no vomitting and was active and playful, they still insisted on staying at the hospital one more day so that they could monitor the fever. If you do not have insurance and you want to get ripped, I would highly recommend this hospital.

My overall experience is good in this hospital and Dr. Jayasree treated me so well. All thanks to the team and doctors for my delivery.

I took my second vaccine of #sputnikV from this hospital. (First from forties)The service was pathetic.1. No bandage (poor cotton)2. No Doctor in the observation room, for post-vaccine reaction monitoring3. No counselor ( to suggest diet, drink, precautions, and other guidelines)4. Best set of doctors and nurses. I would 100% recommend this place. The hospital was 45 mins away from my home but I still chose this hospital due to the reputation they have. I was under the care of Dr Jayasree, Dr meenakshi and Dr sakshi. doctors here work as a team and ar aware of all the patients. Dr chanchal is so nice, she tool all my ultrasounds she works with the other doctors in sync. Nurses are so great sheeja, anu and the team were more than particular about everything and everyone.I highly recommend this place.i have a phobia of hospitals and doctors before I came here. I used to get cold feet just by being near a hospital, from that to giving a normal delivery - this journey would not have been possible if not for these people. God bless them.

Had a very good experience. My mom had a uterus removal surgery under Dr. Meenakshi Banerjee, who was very cordial and informative. The nursing staff was friendly, and helped mom even in late evening when she was having pain. For a surgery, the charges didnt burn a hole in my pocket either.

Covid vaccinations..I have taken sputnik V and as per govt norms they have to use it infront of customer but they are ready with prefilled syringe 💉..and We dont know either I.e vaccine or another things.I suspect they are cheating and selling our vaccine after charging us.when I asked to open infront of me they likes Gunda...Hospital hamara hai..hum jaise karenge waisa hi aapko lena padega...and sputnik ko cool place pe rakhna hai they how they are ready with prefilled injection. And they are seating 3 together one do refill I dont know whatever but he ready with 5-7 prefilled syringe. Also did not guide what to do or not after vaccinations. So try to go at another place.. Avoid this place

The best maternity hospital in Delhi-NCR. All doctors, nurses and staff are extremely welcoming and caring. We consulted Dr. Meenakshi Banerjee. She treated us like her family and kept encouraging us with her positive words throughout, and not once let us worry about anything. I would highly, highly recommend all moms-to-be to consider this hospital for their journey to motherhood :)
