They have never disappointed me and always give me good results. The doctors here are well trained and staff here is courteous. I have visited Olivia...as I have acne scars... Actually I took appointment for 5 o clock but... I waited for one hour for consultation.. when you enter they will give you a form to fill and when I went for consultation I have explained my problem and Dr suggest few tests Deep root laser treatment. They said it would cost around 92k for each sitting 15450. Then I got shocked about that prices.... they said for this day there is an offer and youll get discount of 40% which costs around 55k. Then after they didnt give any time to think about treatment and asked to pay 600 for consultation... Then after other patient came they took five minutes of consultation and they charged around 600+1500(Cleanser, Moisturizer and sun screens) he was totally confused and paid them. Coming to my treatment they said it will only recovered and cured 50-60%. They even forced to take that creams too but I ignored. Overall I felt they are much money minded and they show off that they are too busy and have much customers but practically its false..So Beware and Better to consult other doctors because its a corporate hospital they loot Money 💸 with minimum service.

Had fixed up an appointment with Olivas dermatologist for my spouse. During my visit for my spouses consultation, I was surprised to see such great ambience and the warmth extended by the patient support team. Due to covid protocols, I was not allowed to go inside the consultation room as an attender. My spouse met the Dermatologist there and was extremely happy with the consultation. The Dermatologist spent close to half an hour in examining my spouses concerns and suggesting the right treatment plan. Without any second thoughts my spouse underwent the treatments suggested by the Dermatologist. She is done with 4 sittings as of now and already she could see visible results. We would certainly rate this facility as a 5 start one in terms of ambience, hygiene protocols, Dermatologist consultation, high end technology equipments and the courtesy extended by the support staff at Oliva. Would certainly recommend Oliva Kukatpally clinic to my friends and relatives.

Today we visited hospital regarding hair and skin care. We had good experience with doctor however the person who was at reception area maybe receptionist she behaved like she knows more than a Doctor and she is not ready to explain anything, she just said cost of treatment. She doesnt have any manner on how to explain clients/patients queries, attitude she showed is utterly disappointed us..
