For Covid-19 test they are charging premium of Rs 500 against the Government order.Not bothered even when I said will complain to govt. Authorities.

Long wait time

One of the worst diagnostic centre I have ever seen.I gave sample in the morning and clearly asked when can I get my reports, staff says in the eve. But now these people says one of the ten reports takes 3 days of time. I have my doctor appointment tomorrow..Such a worst staff here, I have asked them two days before on call also. I would have given sample earlier if it takes 3 days.I will never again come to this diagnostic centre.

Very bad inexperienced technician. Poked twice to draw blood. She was unable to find vein and was poking. When asked why she was not wearing gloves or sanitize before touching she had no answer. Infact rude and impatient . No professional behavior.

The most un professional technician I ever ever came across . I had booked from practo at 6 pm and the lady came at 7 :5 pm I was sitting there pregnant and holding my urine for the ultrasound and the lady on the reception was least bit bothered . When the technician came she had this rude casual attitude , I wanted my husband to accompany me for the early pregnancy - first trimester scan but she said I will not allow that in my clinic . That was the exact words. I was taken aback with that attitude of her and we just walked out . Im disgusted that practo has tie ups with such looser diagnostic clinics .

Pathetic maintenance. No AC or fan working in reception.. Only by looking at brand name came here but totally dissapointed with Hospital infrastructure n Staff

There was only one staff on Sunday, its difficult for her to manage alone. So, customers need to wait for long time. But the staff was friendly and patient.
