Sukanya put me at my ease and explained everything excellently and was very friendly. The results were amazing and I was so pleased as I had always suffered badly with ingrowing hair. Being here since Sep 2019 for laser hair reduction, good advise and direction by doctor (Dr.Madhavi), very polite staff (Sukanya, Srujana, Praveena to mention a few). Results have been as expected n explained and they handled good with updates on sessions etc due covid19 situation.

Worst experience ever.. i have opted for laser hair reduction treatment and since the beginning of my first session... I was never satisfied with the customer care service staff. The only thing they care for is money..After seeing a lot of positive reviews.. i decided to take treatment in kaya... But it was the worst experience that i ever had. Too much commercial and negotiable service. Thumbs down ..does not even worth one star.

I’ve been taking Q-Switch and peeling sessions by Dr. Padmaja here in Kaya, Road no-36 Jubilee Hills. It’s been almost 6 months now. Pretty much satisfied with the service since i have seen immediate results. Clinic staffs are so professional. Tremendous customer service by the team. Apart from regular services they do provide some complimentary services to the premium members. Have got my hair spa done by Nikita and amazing the sessions were. She’s a sweetheart and well experienced. One thing that disappoints me is the waiting time even after booking prior appointments. But overall experience is good so far.

Great session. I was explained everything about the kind of laser treatment I’m undergoing and why. All my questions were answered. The clinic is very well sterilised. I was attended to in full PPE gear and all social distancing protocols Are followed. The rooms are disinfected after every session which makes me feel MUCH safer!!Nandini has done my sessions before as well and is always a delight to have!!!!

So here is the thing, I have been a kaya customer for 7 years. Literally i have been so patient with them. They onboarded me with a certain promise of Maintainence sessions and they have backed out entirely. Whenever I went there during my sessions, they always kept upselling one service or the other. Ladies, if you are going to kaya remember, 1) they will take your money and not provide the service needed 2) mid way they will change their price list and expect you to pay 3) keep asking you for more money and you will get stuck. I generally don’t write reviews cause I am very patient with the service industry. It takes a lot to satisfy customers. But this time Jubilee Hills kaya reaches the epitome of greediness. Quite literally, they were selling me laser skin treatment for 3x the cost of what I was onboarded earlier with. Not only that, the service representative was least interested in figuring out what my requirement is and then customise the package. I had to probe her and this is not good customer service. These guys might be good few years back but now they are just money minded corporate giant that doesn’t care about its customers. They behave like they are doing a favour! And that’s what I don’t like about them. Especially Jubilee Hills experience. Also ladies, they claim that they are using WHO standards Of precautions for COVID and they didn’t even check my temperature. Now you can imagine what they deliver vs what they claim. It’s a trap and don’t get fooled. There are way way better skin clinics. Go for them. I hope this post opens up their eyes. They just lost a customer and before they loose more, it’s time to relook your service quality and long term customer sustainability. I write this because Jubilee Hills kaya was my trigger point. But I have visited 5-6 Kaya’s by now and all are the bloody same.

Its been a year coming to this place, I am extremely satisfied with the services they provide. Ms Nandini is good at her work and is very friendly. She explains everything very well. Will recommend Kaya for skin and beauty services.

The prp for my hair have initially shown some improvement but later on they’ve suggested for transplant proved which has costed me a lot of money and thats gone bad they knew I’m having diabetes and yet they’ve done the procedures become way worse than before now. Your only looking for money and not patien satisfaction. This is extremely dissappointing and that’s why I’ve never visited your clinic ever since . Very Bad. I had to give this review so that you won’t make a fool out of other people.

Extremely professional and friendly staff (especially Nandini) who explain all procedures in an understandable manner. They also give detailed and precise instructions for aftercare. I truly recommend the services here.

Not a good experience from Jubilee hills branch. Doctors keep changing. payment is very confusing, they covert our money into points on which treatment is done. They skip these points many times and we are at a loss, end up paying more and more money. One of the staff burnt my skin during lazer treatment. In the absence of doctors staff doesnt receive clients properly. I have taken few skin lightening treatments which are of no use at all. May be this depends on the type of skin.

I have been taking treatment of Q-switch laser, peel and laser hair removal for legs to clear off the marks caused by waxing. While Peel and Q-switch seem to have worked well, I am not yet sure of the laser hair removal. I have completed 4 out of 6 sessions and I can say only 50% of d growth is reduced. The staff is really good- Nikitha, Sapna, etc. And even the doctors are keen on knowing your well being n the effects of the treatment. Overall, good experience.

Worst service ever in Kaya clinic of Jubilee hills. I knew that kaya has a good name in market but after my experience with this particular clinic i am highly disappointed. The manager in that clinic Ms Diana who seems to be new is not even trained properly to deal with clients or even explain about any treatment and she is so rude to talk to because after taking 2 sessions of carbon laser my face got worst with all acne popping up and when i put this across to Miss Diana she has no solution for my problem and simply agreed for a refund and then later on there was no follow up from her side . There machines are not available they give appointment and do not even follow up on the same. Please look into this matter and either train your people or keep somebody good who can handle clients well as this kind of 3rd grade service is not expected from a brand atlest revert
