Very bad service Dr alankiritaa daughter of mukesh raj she said to my mom put malai on skin beacuse my mom suffering from dry skin infections and the doctor is not helpful at all avoid this place you will just waste your money

I was suffering with very bad acne problem I dont know what kind of medicine he prescribed medicine had totally effected on hair still Im struggling with hairloss I kindly suggest people not to take any kind of treatment. better to consult some other doctor

First taking an appointment is headache, rarely they answer your call, staff uneducated people doesnt have common sense how to speak. And there great doctors first they should learn how to speak with patients Dr.alankrita was very rude and give all nonsense example. It was my worst experience in charminar branch. Simply wasting of money. I never recommend people to visit there.

The doctors are really well experienced, staff is nice but the bad thing is during this pandemic they are allowing only the patients to enter their clinic and the person with patient are forced to sit or stand out of the clinic in a very bad place full of mosquitoes , which is very harmful to health, specially at the tym of pandemic.

Booking an appointment is a huge headache in this clinic.. I wanted an appointment with Dr Alankrita... Shes a good doctor and treats well... But the staff is very very rude and disrespectful to patients... Obviously people wont prefer to come to that clinic again even if Dr is good.. Waste of money here in this clinic.the staff was very rude and especially dr alankrita was very rude to the patient when patient ask her to explain she take filthy examples & doesnt know how to talk with patients and they are only money minded .they gives random medicines which are available only in their pharmacy .The clinic is very commercial.

Worst experience, people there doesnt respect patients. And doctor is very concerned about the money rather than patients health. I paid whole fee and doctor has spent hardly 2 minutes listening to me,for which i had to wait for 3 hrs and medications didnt go well. And medicines were not available anywhere except in his pharmacy. Not recommending this doctor at all.

The worst and useless doctor Ive ever seen . Fails to listen to the patients problem.He is just sitting on the seat for money.The money minded doctor. Consulting a govt.hospital doctor is far better than this guy and charges ₹600 just for 2-3 minutes writing prescription. Thank me later.

Dr. Mukesh Raj and Dr. Amrutha Raj are amazing skin specialists. His diagnosis is spot-on, and he goes on to treat the condition with a no-nonsense approach. Id consulted him before with a bad case of inflamed acne, and he explained the problem and treated it most effectively. Again been to him regarding darkened skin, and he diagnosed the problem immediately. Thank you doctors.

Consultation fee is very high. The doctor doesn’t describe clearly what needs to be taken care of. For the fee and diagnosis it’s a bit costly. Also the prescribed medicines are very costly.
