Excellent hospital with world class facilities and great team of doctors who are dedicated to their duties. Doctors here are field experts who are caring towards their patients. The doctor we consulted there understood the complexity of the case as it was an emergency delivery and gave us the earliest slot for operation immediately. We went there for my wifes second pregnancy and they handled the case very responsibly right from admission to discharge. OT was well organized and wards were neat and clean. Every floor has a floor manager who takes good care of arrangements. We had an issue related to our babys health with the room allotted but when I raised the concern they swiftly acted and changed the room for us amid the limited availability. We were moved by their kind gesture when they arranged a gift and cake cutting ceremony for out little one. These kind of experiences stick with you especially when they are related to big events like childbirth. I highly recommend this hospital to everyone.

Junior doctors talk over phone (while they are physically in their room near waiting area) for getting history of the patients, while the patients have to talk to them over phone from the waiting area. No privacy options while discussing health matters with Junior doctor.Also this hospital still observes strong covid protocols such as Doctor not touching patient so you might as do video consultation.

I came here for my fathers yearly health checkup. Took the Sr Citizen package, a very comprehensive one with quite a few tests and consultations. Real helpful and polite doctors who listen and guide with any health issues. One of the best experiences was the coordination throughout the process introduced recently.Our coordinator - Divyani was extremely helpful, resourceful and an amazing support system throughout. I honestly recommend her who can ease in any process queries and help out with the step by step consultation and planning.

I have been going to care hospitals since January 2020. It is one of the best hospitals I’ve ever attended and the doctors and staff is very helpful and pays utmost care attention to patients issues and problems. My doctor T. Rajeshwari Reddy is very understanding and helped me a lot in my issue and always did the best for my problem. Thankful to all the staff right from security people to people in emergency wards and OPD staff and my doctor especially for helping me.

Pathetic radiology section. I take my pregnant wife for regular scanning since the doctor is also working in CARE. Every time we had to wait more than 1 hour. Sometimes, more than 2 hours. Even if there are no much patients waiting outside. There is no sequence to send patients inside. Though they write our names in sequence, front desk people send patients according to their convenience. I observed the same twice and FAUGHT with them, then they said sorry and sent us next. There should be some special line or consideration for pregnant patients. Also, they should strictly follow the sequence.

Overall service is very good. Nursing staff are very cordial and took at most care.I recommend nursing staff team communication among them self should be improved. They should talk about profession not personal.This comments wont down grade the quality of service the care is giving to me and people.Thanks CARE for excellent service

Worst experience. Time waste. No communication between departments. Doctors arrive late always. No one answers your call. To hell with parking space. Service is not good. Doctors donot answer your queries. They give their suggestions too in a hurried way. And if you have anything scans... you will wait for 2 hrs for sure.

Dr Sudheer Pulmonologist in Care hospital, I was referred by Dr Yugandhar Reddy surgical oncologist for sister suffering from Tuberculosis. In my view he is one of the finest doctors I have ever seen irrespective of different departments. He spoke to patient for 15-20mns and understand her and gave her the clear picture of her disease, the disease stage, and also morally helps my sister not to fear of the disease and the pain she’s suffering. He is having intense knowledge on his subject and treat the patient as his own kin. He himself went to the patient and gave her moral support along with good medication. Poor service, it seems they are only interested in looting the people. No response from staffs, they will make you wander here and there. For blood test theyve given estimated amount of Rs.6250 and same I have done from Apollo diagnostics for Rs.2690.Their response was so poor that Ive decided to do it outside which saves me money. So decided not to continue the treatment there.Doctors maybe good but that is not enough.

Yesterday I went for checkup to Care Hospital(Gachibowli) and found one unhygienic place which is very important for all i.e Female wash rooms (dont know about Male washrooms). People are afraid about COVID nowadays and following all the safety measures to save their lifes from COVID. People are always think that hospitals are more hygienic and safe to stay but we dont know how much hygienic until you visit hospital like care. I am not giving this rating to Doctors and their treatments because I have seen doctors are friendly and polite. I am giving this review to Hospital Maintenance/Admin staff because may be they are not checking these thinks.
