I have visited KIMS dental care kondapur with pain in my upper wisdom tooth and underwent extraction as per doctors advice. I had a pleasant experience. The doctors are very efficient who treated with advanced equipment and adhered to safety procedures. I am very happy with my treatment and would definitely recommend this hospital for any dental care.

Went there for a basic clean up and cement filling for a gap between my two upper front tooth. The cement filling was so poorly done that it started to break within 3 months of getting it done. The quality was poor. My previous cement filling lasted a good 15 years with not even a single crack on it. I live in the USA and wouldnt be able to visit the hospital to get it fixed now

The worst place to get your teeth treated, I had a very bitter experience with DR VASAVI , she is the WORST dentist i had ever came across, doesnt know how to speak to a patient, mocking at patients situation with other doctors is what she generally does, extracting maximum money from the patient is her professional...will never recommend any of my near and dear ones to go to Kims dental department for treatment...

The hospital staff were extremely courteous, resourceful and knowledgeable in handling their patients. Both the medical as well as the non medical staff were extremely professional in carrying out their responsibilities. The hospital offers a good value for money to the individuals availing its services. I would personally recommend kims dental.

Doctors Negligence----------------------I had written this feedback earlier but had to take it down as I got calls from clinic which made me feel that wrong people are getting blamed. So, want to be a little clearer this time.My wife had here tooth extraction on 22nd May. The senior lady surgeon who did the procedure seemed to be in some hurry and without following the standard SOP of checking with the patient if the anesthesia has taken effect or not she uprooted the tooth leading to an unbearable pain which is sheer negligence.A procedure that should have taken around 20 mins took less than 5 mins and the doctors response to my wifes screams was rude and unsympathetic. As a patient we dont care if the doctor has many appointments or is visiting from another branch, we are paying full fee ( paid Rs 6000 just for one tooth extraction) and deserve the best treatment from a clinic that has great reviews.The hospital can check the video recordings if required. The staff did agree to this negligence in our later visit to remove stitches.The intention of this feedback is only to make sure this is not repeated and that future patients make sure that the doctor checks that the anesthesia has taken effect. The junior doctors and the support staff are good and issue here was only with the senior doctor.In response to the response from KIMS to my review:I wish you had given the same time you spent in replying to my review to my wifes treatment as well.Coming to your point that allegations are baseless, I reiterate post giving anesthesia as per standard SOP you check with the patient if he/she is feeling numb or not. Was this done with my wife? And how could you even say that the treatment was painless?? Are you really talking about my wife. Dont you remember her screams?Finally lets make things absolutely clear, please share the video recording of the treatment. I would immediately apologize and take back my review.If you cants share take my review as a feedback and stop lies.Thanks

Visited KIMS Dental Care Kondapur. They are taking all the necessary precautions like sanitization thermal screening of the patients because of COVID-19. I visited the clinic for tooth extraction, head doctor of the clinic did the extraction while other doctors were watching. in the process of extraction, she impacted the adjoining tooth and it became loose , so had to remove the other tooth as well.that is not the end of story, 6 months after, i went to other dentist today and he showed me that there is small piece of tooth still remaining and there is infection around it. Now i have to go through another surgery to get that piece removed.
