One of wrost bank ...I had taken home loan from this branch and to get interest certificate it took me 5 days ..To update my address in passbook they took almost 15 working dates..they didnt even add nominee though I mentioned it..They told.server didnt work for 15 days..

I regret having an education loan with this bank. They mislead customers with false information. When questioned, they simply ask for apologies.Also, never respond to emails properly. I paid a lot of excess in interest until now due to their wrong information.

I had bad and worst behavior of cashier at lakdikapool ...I had ever ever seen in my life...cashier was throwing closing board on my foot... Where I felt as I was begger....

The Lakdikapul, Hyderabad branch is a worst branch of UBI, if you deposit a cheque, after a week also it wont come to your account. i had faced this problem 2 times..

This is a major branch of Union bank but service is very SLOW. Youll spend at least 45 mins for simple bank services.. Education loans for higher education are disbursed from this branch.
