Money minded and worst builder . They takes customers on ride. Example is Smondo Gachibowli, where they built 20 floors whereas agreement with most of the customers was for a 17 floor building. No compensation to existing flat owners for this major 24% increase in occupancy?

Highly disappointed with Patel Engineering. I have brought an apartment in their Smondo 3, NeoTown, Bangalore project which is delayed by more than 2 years and still not in livable condition. Repeated emails and followup with their management has not yielded anything. They claim in their financial report that they are building a Mall in that project. Last 3 years there has been no progress on the mall. Very very disappointed !!!
