Ive seen Full Volume for about 2 decades before I went in today. Its a decent shop with great customer service. My GPay payment had issues and it was resolved well.However their collection was limited if youre a podcaster and need something from here. They didnt have probably the most common microphone (SM58), cable (Bespeco XLR) or a microphone Stand (Koenig Meyer Push Mic).They do have a great guitar collection though.

I bought recording instruments for acoustic guitar. The store has good availability with reasonable price. The storekeepers also helped us in getting the necessary equipment at a proper price point. The prices were negotiable and the customer service was great. I was satisfied with the overall experience and would recommend this store if you are looking for recording instruments as a beginner or intermediate musician.

Great store for musical instruments especially Violin.. The staff is well groomed and aware of the instruments. The owner (who was fortunately present when I went there) is passionate about music in general and violin in particular. All covid-19 precautions are in place.

I went to get myself a guitar strap, and i was just going through the electric guitar section anyway to check them out, there was a guy towards the corner of the store, i guess he was a luthier because he was restringing a guitar, anyway he asked me what I wanted and I told him that i was just checking them out, and he just straight up clearly had an annoyed look on his face. I mean i get that people do come and look at the guitars, they are one of the most beautiful instruments to look at. But, some of them might be buyers who want to check their options out, treating them rudely would just drive them away. When i was buying the strap, i had to wait like for 5 minutes for him to bill it, and i wanted to buy some picks as well and he just hesitantly got up and showed me a tiny collection of picks. Music stores treating customers like trash just because they dont buy something that they can get a big margin off, is the reason why its better to buy stuff from online stores, if they start treating people in a fair way like how its done in Guitar Centers or Reverb in the US, to-be-customers would be more inclined towards buying them from stores.
