Gated community but no service lift n vehicles not allowed even for a brief while to unload things while you are shifting. Distance to stairs for moving heavy stuff is also long, so please be ready to pay a lot to labours for shifting

There is severe water crisis in this place,water tankers keep comming and going.Forget fresh water from rivers,its all Ground water and many bore wells have dried.Drinking water is mostly Bisleri and other brands.Plus the flats on rent are much overpriced.The parking area isnt large enough, the visitors here park the cars on the roads causing road blocks.This place has lot of Wine shops around,so its unsafe to go around alone at night.Boozers can be seen with bottles,stinking bodies and dirty clothes around the area.It has vegetable markets,Designer Boutiques,Spas,Beauty Salons for Men,Women,Children and Schools for young children,namely day care.Mostly the Bulidings around are unpopulated and the Population has people from all religions.
