Each flat in this apartment are Too good. Each flat is having wood work and tooo......... spacious flats. No where seen such a spacious flats in this costly area. Flats are very good. Plenty water even in summer also.

A very strong building situated between High Posh and Middle class Residential area. Good Parking available. Building was very strong construction. we had some work there in the office and had a nice time there.

Its a lovely Apartment complex. Flats are really good. Quality of the building is also good. I stayed here more than 2 years. Loved this place. The landowner stays at the top penthouse. And, they are really good and co-operative people. This was the place i called home after i got newly married. So, this place will always be special for me. Only negative was there is no dedicated car parking for all the flats. But, i had no complaints as i was just having a 2 wheeler then.

The apartment building is having sufficient parking area, water and power supply is upto the mark, only thing bothers is the quality of hygiene and cleanliness the place lacks the proper cleanliness, the maintenance side is also having some issues. Overall average.
