Good service & Reasonable Prices .

I purchased a laptop this shop, I swiped amount by using credit card at that time machine was felt down and amount RS 39,077 was debited my card, that person said that amount was refunded with in 5-7 working days.I accepted and I did alternate payment.After few days I didnt received amount.I contacted customer care, and they said that amount was settled for merchant, but merchant said that not settled.I am followup both merchant and customer care but no use. Finally got news from merchant bank amount was settlement done. Till Now merchant was not given money to me.Please help me

Terrible customer interaction. Very poor knowledge on parts of a PC. They keep saying that they will get everything done in an hour or two, but they send everything after 3 weeks or 2 weeks. Even after seeing every message, they don’t reply and have no responsibility. They barely know anything about computer or PC’, and tell everything which they think is correct, but are not even true. For a pc which needs 550W power supply, they gave 1000W power supply. And they always have a shortage of cards, and never lift calls or update us about the pc. Never trust them and buy anything from them. Go to any other store rather than this, it is the worst store to buy a pc or laptop, or get any pc parts.People who need normal accessories or very casual things like a low budget laptop, can maybe take this store into consideration, but when it comes to a little bit more advanced technology, like building a pc, this shop shouldn’t even be in the list, worst shop which I’ve ever come across. I have wasted almost a month thinking these guys could do the job, but no, they are terrible and not even good for building a pc

We purchased a jio dongle from the PC MART. It was not working right from the day we purchased it. We asked the staff to replace it. But, after hours of discussion they said us to go to jio service center. If he sells a defective piece, its his responsibility to go to service center etc. Instead, he wasted days of our time. It is not Trustworthy.

I went to Pc Mart To Buy 1tb external Hard disk Seagate..After Going Home i have connected to my laptopIt gave Some Clicking Sound...With in next Day went to shop with Bill andExpled Him that the Give Product is Faulty...He has said have to Service Center...Went to Service Center They Took 25days to Return the Product..Plz as personal experience am SayingIts No Recommend
