The location of the store is right in front of the Main road at Begumpet which is a busy junction.Another advantage is the proximity of metro station.They have a wide collection of products from different brands.Price of the products were matching with other stores. They did not have any special discount rather than bank discounts on credit and debit cards.They offered additional insurance from reliance digital which was very high (5k-7k) considering the product that we bought is of 20k, the additional insurance was too High for the product being sold.Parking is available in the complex. People can also shop at Reliance trends which is adjacent to this store.Bought a LG tv from this store. Salesman just want to sell the product and did not explain the whole differences between the brands. We had to book the tv Since we were ready to purchase and had made a choice due to some factors. The main criteria that we missed on the was inbuild Chromcast option.

Poor Customer Service!!!I have been visiting this shop since 2017 if i am not wrong. I bought headphones many times both bluetooth and normal ones. I was quite happy with quality of the headphones which I bought it from there. However, i had very bad experience today and I asked my friend to bring a specific JBL headphones which i used use and I lost it recently and he bought it from this store yesterday. After listening to songs and its quality. I was not at all satisfied with it. Hence I have visited store and asked for replacement, but the staff there was too bad and not at all customer friendly and the way there were handling Customer was not at all acceptable. The guys were telling me to go to service center and get it rectify which looks very funny with in 24 hours i should go for service center. While I understand their T&C but this is not the way that they handle customer and they are not understand my concern. I have purchased more than 4 headphones from them including two bluetooth headphones and two normal headphones. I was totally dissatisfied with the kind of system they have and the approach. They are not customer friendly and on top of it they are talkNing about we should pay more to get good quality thats our mistake. I should not have choosen this store blindly. The true colours come out only when there is critical situation comes.Store promoters needs to learn how to full fill customer need rather focusing only on sale and not proper response after sale may be this is because of the Brand. Too bad behavior and I left my headphones at the store itself ..Let them enjoyI dont recommend this store at least to ny known People

If you trying to buy products and specially their AMC from RESQ. Beware. They are selling their AMC For the product but the service is very poor. Even after calling their toll free number they only registered your complaint and then no body calls you. I have to go to their store personally to get registered a service request and even after that they are not bothered.

I purchased an AC from this store, soon after 6 months ac was not working then i raised a request for service but no one has shown up.They are giving me reasons that they will fix it even after i raised 4-5 requests in a month.Now its been one and half month they are least bothered about their customers.I recommend not to buy anything as they lack in the customer service.

One the worst store ever to purchase ANY THING. Had a real bad experience with people working in the store. I dont want to name them and ruin their careers but all the most irresponsible ppl on earth are working in the store. The so called Sales Lead - was after me until I purchased a very expensive gadget - with time to time calls and everything and once I purchased the gadget they are least bothered to help with the issues related to it. If you raise a request they wont even care - coz for them they sold it and target was met. They made me visit their store 20-30 times only tell me that they need more time to fix the issue and guess what until go back to them again they wont even look in to the issue. THE WORST STORE EVER! For them all it matters is selling after that they wont even care the customer grievances. Too much of waiting time. They will keep u on hold once you pay the amount and they start attending other customers. The body language and behavior of few 2-3 ppl (specially leads) is so arrogant as if they are the owners of the store. Dear Store Management - Please keep an eye on such staff at the end of the day ur stores image is at risk. To all those who are reading this - I suggest not to buy anything from that store. A BIG NO!Have purchased 100s of gadgets in my life from various outlets 300 sq. ft. store to a multi-storied stores but this store is the worst of all. I wonder how can giants like Reliance are slipping such things. This store really needs a watch from the management.
