Very incompetent and unprofessional set of people not ready to provide solutions to others. I went there for a laptop issue, where merely for checking an issue they took 500/- and returned back with a solution exorbitantly high of 8.5k to replace the faulty part, along with a couple of missing screws, and also with a wrong diagnosis of a faulty keypad.Their prices are without any justification too high. I got the same repaired with even upgrading my RAM in less than 50% of the amount they asked for.Strongly not recommended for laptop repair

Quoting exhorbitan prices, its better to go to the authorised service center, would save only a couple of hundreds by getting repair done here.

Ive now edited my whole review and rating (which was 4-star earlier)Problem - Broken / Faulty Panel.Laptop Store Before Buying the Service - A new panel will sort the whole issue and it will be as good as new. Panel cost is 5500.Within 10 days, the panel is damaged again.Laptop Store this time - Plastic tends to break, there is no warranty, it must be because of rough usage.Nobody is asking you for warranty. If something doesnt stay intact even for 10 days, what kind of ownership are you taking on the quality of your work? Youre not even willing to accept that the quality of the spares is very much below par.I wouldnt come back to you another time.

Just making money and fooling the customer. I gave my HP laptop with charging issue. They said they will service and diagnose and tell me the issue. As per their diagnose problem was with the charger saying that pin of charger is having issue and few other problems like 2 RAMs are of different ID and HDD is crashed(which I already knew). But apart from this they gave me a new problem. They deleted the Windows load file while doing diagnose, so my system was not booting and for all this they took 1600 bucks. Now comes the real surprise. As per their solution O ordered a new charger and guess what it was still not working, so I checked with few others in society and again guess what still not working. So I just wasted 3000 bucks on this pathetic service where they just cleaned my laptop from dust.

I had my HP laptop hinge repaired here, 2 weeks ago. They charged me 2000/- for the same. The dealer himself asks to write best about its services. Ofcourse, when you see it repaired, you feel that it was worth 2000/-.However, when I came back home and used it for 2-3 days, I could notice a crack on the laptop cover, too near to the repaired hinge. It was because the hinge was not placed properly due to which it was not able to handle the pressure of the cover properly.This is absolute cheat.

One of the employee at the store asked me for extra money saying that he had done some extra work on my laptop, so that it doesnt hang any more or work slowly, However when I checked, no extra work was done and the person who asked me for more money denied accepting the fact that he asked for extra money.Because of my lack of knowledge, he charged double price for fixing my laptop and then asked to give them more money.I would suggest everyone,gather a little information before you go for rendering the services otherwise employees will take full advantage of your least knowledge.Also no proper computerised bill is provided.Be carefulCant trust people nowadays.everyone here took advantage of me not knowing what exactly to be done with the laptop.
