Worst service charged over price . For simple screen issue he replaced entirely and charged more which I didnt ask at all. Pathetic service,lost the trust totally. Please dont prefer at all look for other stores.

The charges are too high. They charge more than MRP. Will never visit again.

The owner is the most unreliable person I have ever met. Gave him regular business buying printer ink and even purchased a laptop spending upwards of ₹ 60,000. Dropped my Laptop by mistake and took it to him, thinking he was an official re seller. Said it would cost us ₹ 4,000. Despite that, gave it for servicing trusting he would give to an official service centre. Got it back, with the hinge replaced, but the screen was damaged. Turned out he sent it to an unofficial centre, which damaged my display. He doesnt care what happens to the customer. He took his 4k for the hinge replacement and left my laptop to go to hell. Just returning after retrieving my laptop and he doesnt even have the courtesy to speak to me. Worst service Ive ever encountered. Trusted him for over an year and this is what he gives his loyal customers.

I went to this showroom to buy a new adapter for my HP Omen laptop. I called them a day in advance just to make sure that they had the type of charger that i was looking for and the owner said yes. When i reached there he tried to sell me a 65W charger where as HP omen uses a 150W charger. He said it will charge slowly but it will work fine.I asked him whether he can arrange a 150W charger. He again said yes and quoted nearly double the price.Please avoid this scammer if possible. Dont be stupid like me

Excellent service, great store. I am from Afghanistan and unable to communicate in local language and even in English, but at this store I was able to get what I was looking for and the shop owner was very helpful in understanding me and my problem. Even the after sales service provided by the staff of the shop was great.

It was a real real good experience for me when I visited the store. The store is neat and having a good parking space in front. I was much impressed with the owner and his knowledge about the products he was dealing in.I was able to purchase a variety of products which were not available at other stores.This store stocks almost any item u need related to computers and printers.Infact I can say that this is the best computer store in the city where u can see all the HP products on display.

What a A** Hole, they are!!They wanted 750rs for a simple Ram Insertion.What 750rs !!!!I did it myself in 5 mins.Look for another place, this ones a rubbish.

The people here sell lies along with the product they sell. They say lots of offers are available for your laptop and will ask you to followup in Hp website. But later you will find there are no such offers available from Hp. When you call back the owner he says that he didnt mention about any offers and tries to put blame on you.

The executive was most unhelpful person. He want to confuse, misguide customer and let them buy the item which nobody want to buy. They offer to modify the product which makes the warranty void from HP. Think thousand times before visiting.

Better visit hp stores at ameerpet or Secunderabad for good service

Price of au113tx is 65.2k and in flipkart it is 58....lot of difference...no accessories gift...

They sale opened products, and also at much higher price, and dont give printed bill.
