I really didn’t like it when I went there to buy 65” LED. The sales guy was only showing Samsung LED. I hope this thing changes in near future. It has a wide range of electronics, gadgets and accessories. Provides good quality goods at reasonable prices. Usually very crowded.Air Conditioners, washing machines, Refrigerators etc are on First floor. No lift service, only stairs. TV sets and Mobile phones are displayed on ground floor.

It was my first electronic product shopping after lockdown bought laptop of HP no social distancing many ppl were without mask slow service .Y Bajaj electronic advertise 0 zero downpayment I dont know Y ..? When you step into the store scenario is completely different you have to give the down payment according to your product and plus no additional service will be added onto it.Every now and then we come across the advertisement of Bajaj electronics with zero down payment this was our first time we a have spend around 60000+ they didnt even give us screen protector for screen neither Mouse headphones pen drive or antivirus for 3 months it is just that you get the facility of paying your amount in installment thats it no other thing its waste of buying from Bajaj Electronics its better to buy from Reliance digital or directly buy the product at least you will be benefited with antivirus and complementary gift or facility .Stay safe 😷

Very big electronics store in tolichowki in a large area. All the different kinds of electronics are available from simple mobile to a complex air conditioning, all kinds of kitchen appliances and all the entertainment systems. The prices are at par with the other shops and showrooms. The staff are ok. They even provide finance options from different banks and financial services for EMIs and zero cost EMI. They will provide is the company number when it comes to service of the device. They dont have local repair service station. Overall a good place to buy different devices as per your needs. When you order a newer model and if they dont have it, they will take a small advance and try to order the appliance if its within their reach. Some devices which are available in other countries are harder to acquire. Rest assured that they do sell most of the running models from various different brands and manufacturers.

Example LG AC 5 star 1 ton market price is INR 31900 but Bajaj electronics is charging INR 35000 by mentioning they have discounted from actual price of INR 38000. Where are your company values and ethics. Its clear loot. Maintain customer satisfaction Bajaj Electronics else you are going to loose your market share and loyal customers.

One thing to be noted before going here is staff here are classified based on Brands. They seem to have targets selling as per Brand. So they do misguide you in the best possible way providing wrong facts. I have experienced the same when I have visited the store for buying an LG purifier. The sales person who Selected me as customer (ya they pick like that) as I wanted to buy an particular model of LG , yes i did my homework and research prior visiting the store. He was adamant on degrading said purifier and atlast when he could not convince me to buy his suggested brand he simply closed conversation stating LG purifier is out of stock. So be careful of these tricks and make sure you dont get cheated by false claims
