This company provides worst SaaS as the product itself is faulty, the support agents are inexperienced and know nothing. Marketing people come up with unnecessary messages…Don’t invest here Waste of money n time.

I have purchased the software for my salon and Zenoti team promised 24/7 customer support. As we are working professionally Im calling to Zenoti people from 3days and requesting to do my broadcasting sms that we are reopening. Professionally we need interact the customers on lockdown stating health care, I missed it when I asked for it. Now I need offcialy to send the reopening sms. Im pleasing them although I paid huge amount. Worst experience. Initially when I enquired for a setup they where supportive with all team I.e, Sales, Finance etc. Now nobody is responding to me. Everything will not be possible to escalate only on the text. Yes we can do that too. Whenever we request for a call or emergency you people should do the needful.

I would give zero stars if allowed. Inexperienced Talent acquisition team.They schedule the interview and after you clear that they realise that they cant afford you,a complete waste of time and efforts. It seems like the company has appointed a bunch of kids in their talent acquisition team.

Whats wrong with the HR team?? They asked me for the position and replied me with sorry. Being 6 years experience in International business development profile not seems qualified now?? I suggest management to ask your talent team before qualifying candidate for profiles, It helps for both.

Was here for an interview, and the person who was supposed to take my interview was more invested in a whatsapp conversation than to listen to what I was speaking.I admit that I wasnt right choice for their requirements, but I wouldnt have liked working in such environment

Worst interview experience ever, the guy was some director and dont have proper ethics and thjs company positions are already filled with their family members, doing interviews just for name sake, worst HR team.

I was wondering if I could rate it a zero star. Being a former employee of Zenoti, I would recommend the talented workforce not to join here! The company is full of politics and only SumTotal ex-employees are being supported here. Was a part of marketing team and it was a horrible experience. The then VP of Marketing Dawn Cassidy had zero knowledge on marketing (she belonged to HR background- lol) and I being a campaign manager was led by a content person, Kelsey Vurdela who had zero knowledge of campaigns. Owing to this dismal condition in marketing I tried for an internal switch which became successful and was confirmed by the HR, and later they denied the internal switch. Everyone is corrupted here, and the one thrives here who boot licks the CEO or exec level folks. Lol 😆
