He told me that it may be bcz of Max motherboard failure. This service center was suggested by my brother. I informed them that both my keyboard and battery are not working, they said they will replace both of them and they said the total charges will be around Rs. 5000/-. But after the service is done I received a text message to collect the laptop and the surprisingly the bill was made for Rs.2000/-.
