The most worst recruitment process in entire hyderabad. HR mahendra challa doesnt know how to post a job in naukri. They even dont have communication with entry gate security. Time waste, energy waste, money waste. The name of the company says its your karma to come to this company.

Dont expect too much from this company, low salaries compared to other companies, dont hope on appraisal for hike salary, if youre not getting job anywhere you can join here, losing hope on salaries and then you can join, no transport no benefits, only ESI and PF thats common in every company. I worked here 18 months because its near to my home. No career growth. Interview very simple only two or three rounds thats only for formality.Its fully utility services for USA , electricity,garbage, water, cable TV etc.. uppal branch.

Worst recruitment process.Before scheduling the interview told only 2 tech rounds + HR and after attended the interview they told you have cleared those 2 rounds and will have DM round.Then also I have accepted to take DM round. And said like DM round wil get Skype call on next week day.If they told on same day like got negative feedback then I might not be wait for response again.And waited for 5hrs for only second round. It was waste of time and on that first day positive feedback given, and within 4 days that will be changed to negative??? After 5days I only called to them for status,then replied with regret mail. Worst recruiter.

Yes I worked in prokarma and but i terminated because I didnt inform the hr because my father suffering with cancer problem but now I rejoining at prokarma but we require or not I dont now but i intrested at that company we are required to me i hope that company

I worked for more than one year it is bpo, worst management and there is no growth for employee, and the rating system is too worst. I suggest prokarma it sector is best comparing to bpo...

Really a best company I have completed my 12 months now & i want to still continue here. Everybody are friendly & even HRs..... I really enjoy going office everyday .......

Interview process is so poor and late , got selected, its been 3 months and they are not completing the joining formalities, dont waste time by attending interview here.
