Different Different Reqcruiters calls daily for the interview multiple times and no one process further, in case any of reqcruiter process for the interview they call for the interview before informing timing of interview and worst is once the interview done no one gives you offer or feedback..and its gets loops again and again..need to think by mindtree for there reqruitment process unless wasting of time of every one.

Mindtree is a good firm that provides value based services to its customers. There is ample amount of scope to grow in this company. Pay scales and hikes are at par with the industry irrespective of losses or profits to the company. To sum up a great place to work.

A beautiful office. The company offered free lunch to candidates who waited for next round of interview. Office has occupied few of the floors but the interiors are great.

Good place for freshers. Small company with good opportunities. The campus is spread in different buildings but it is very scenic.

Worst senior management, I think Management who is in Bangalore head office doesnt know the working conditions in Hyderabad so just sit and make lame comments on there subordinates, zero work life balance, no transperancy between superiors and employees. Good management will bring good work culture, Please remove the worst dictatorship management so that your company might get good employee reviews.

It is good place but all the restaurants and that sort of things are faaaaaar away from the location. And definitely we should not be working from this location on Saturday Sunday. It sucks.

I have been working here from last 8+ years .very employee friendly and get paid what you worth for . there very few companies in market like Mindtree which gives more importance to employee safety and security. Have branches in Hyderbad ,Bangalore ,chennai and pune in India and other countries . Mindtree culture will make you feel comfortable to stay for long and give your best .

Dont go for Mindtree Hyderabad walk-ins, its waste of time to attend, if more people are coming simply they are judging in 20 sec with communication round asking use less questions..wasted time for 2:30 hrs, worst experience
