Never work with these goons. All the people working there are arrogant. They Never pick up calls. You have to wait for weeks to get any payment question answered.

They take original certificates for verification and make people beg to get the certificate returned. They will show people positions in good organizations to work as contractor but doesnot pay salary on time.Every month we need to follow up. Any over time done in office, they will not pay to the employee.You can forget about final settlement. They never did.They deduct PF amount but dont deposit in employee PF account. They steal it.

Worst consultancy. I have got selected for UHG and also received offer letter then again they said that joining date has been postpone and now they are not even responding to me and wasting my time.

I always had a fear of communicating with people, but the training provided in soft skills has helped me a lot in improving my interpersonal skills.

This is worest and waste company in the world. I never never never seen this kind of HRs people, they are never respond at any point, never revrt. Never respond to cals messages. What they are doing i dont know. Nothing to do there but their are showing like busyness. Now i felt how did i work in this company really am was felt bad Shamleass. In the market there is goodwiil of this company. How it will work stll i dont know.....

If there is a zero star I would have mentioned it, such a worst method of taking interview and at first they told me that they will be providing my current CTC and if the interview went well they can go for some higher salary, they made me wait for 4 hours and they took 4 rounds at last they told me that am gonna have another 2 rounds and then they asked me to leave for the day. Finally I got an update from few people working over there that they want me to join for less package which is 70K lesser than my current CTC.Never seen such a worst process and I wasted a whole day of my life.Never ever go for this organization.

These people selected me for client Delloitte hyd and gave congratulations mail too. Kokila and dedeepya asked me to put resignation, so I did. Once I got resignation acceptance from my organisation too. Later these two people were not responding to my calls and mails. I called them many times, but still no response from them. My friend also got placed in Ibm 2 months back. Still from 2 months he did not get salary. So my sincere suggestion is please don’t go through these MAGNA INFOTECH people. Am trying to put case against of these people soon. I will going to see you in court you magna infotech b*****.

There is no proper engagement with the employees & they dont have any sense while talking with a candidate or with an employee, the recruiters were as dumb as they have to be.its better to pick some other company if you are looking for a perfect job.

Worrest consultancy,As per the rule of magna they Have to settle F&F with in 90days,but it has been 100 days over till now we didnt get the F&F....And they are not responding....They kept one and half month salary in the time of resign....

Worst company i have ever worked , never come across such exploitation. They collect all benefits from client but never give to employe . it is more then a year still full and final payment is pending. suggest not to join this company is you have any other offer.

Joined on payroll basi for one of magnas client, HR doesnt respond to calls no matter how many times we try. Doesnt even give a proper email response. I dont know if that HR is getting paid or not, but he is definitely not doing his job. My concern was never addressed.

And those approvals are for small things like. Why did you leave 1 hr early? And you need to get a email excuse letter from manager to get the salary.Sometime, the HR says. IF YOU KEEP CALLING ME EVERUDAY FOR YOUR NEED. I MIGHT HAVE TO BLOCK YOUR NUMBER. What kind of HR blocks a employee phone call??????They will keep you until they need a manpowe for scrappy work. After that, no matter if you are a 5 star performer. You will be kicked out royally.Observations:* HR thinks he is the God. hence do puja and bhajana for them* Client makes you feel that you are a minority employee. Hence sit calm and work in the corner* No medical benefits, and there is no growth also.* At the time of interview they say million dollar stuff to you. Dont believe them* When you contact HR for some help. They will say, you are not important to me. So I will get back to you in my low priority time.What happens if you join:* Loss of interest on your job* Daily tension and heavy work pressure* No timely lunch break or tea break* Need to work on your week offs* Need to beg for your leaves or Comp off.Finally, A big 🙏 to the company.Note: This is my experience with the org.this is not to disrespect anyone decision. They have scheduled an interview for me with Qualcomm and Ive completed 3 rounds Qualcomm informed me that I will be contacted for final round I waited for 2 months and followup with magna infotech there is no update I am not even rejected and selected that was so frustrating I am not sure weather its an issue with Magna or Qualcomm however I am going to blame Magna they have contacted me in the first place.

Very bad, if there had been zero star I would have given that, they dont value for candidates time, I travelled for 150 km to attend interview in this company and then I waited for 1 hour at reception, I was said to meet HR shri laksmi after waiting 1hour without taking interview she make the receptionist informe me to leave for now and she will call me later.

Worked for a client, they promised about 2 years contract but due to the support end I have lost job. It was client side decision but Magna (Quess corp) dont even know that. They simply sent mail about Last working day. Really they dont even care for you once you joined. But before joining they will torture you like pls join early ,blah, blah etc.Due to their rush I relocated to Hyderabad from Bangalore. Due to my personal issues came out from good company. Now Im feeling for it. But about Magna people promise about job duration (2 years) and post resignation from client magna people not even called me about other clients or interviews. Not even responded . Recruiters name : Meghana Sailaja and her lead Swathi. Pathetic experience.
