Great service within given time and i full satisfied with work.. i got repaired my laptop.. dell i5 laptop now working great with good battery backup before i used to 2 hour but now its more than 5 hours, icomputers gives me a great experience he only CALLED me when work done he gives 4 days time but i got call 3rd day afternoon youre laptop is repaired please collect your laptop, and i collected my laptop night 11pm he waits for me and i glad for that nobody will wait for customers.. i am happy hes very humble and great service provider.. personally i recommend for any services from icomputers.....thanks for great service :)

Dont be fooled they will rob your laptop and they will never answer your call.Instead of giving your laptop to them you might as well throw it in the garbage.I wanted to give them minus five thousand stars, dont know how many people they have fooled like this.I have not got my laptop since one and a half year.DONT BE CHEATED !!

This felt like worst experience Ive had with any business. I brought my computer in repair in April and they have not finished the work until now. I felt that they seldom called me for updates. I would have to repeatedly check with them myself, and I started to wonder if me and the people I talked to were on different pages.I felt mistreated as a customer. They offered to return the laptop back without the repairs, backtracked on their offer and refused to let me speak with the manager. This was a 2015 MacBook Pro and the repair was minor battery issue.I was told that Their employees cannot be responsible for further breakage or data loss suffered from trying to make repairs on these sensitive products.” But I wish that I was treated with more kindness through this difficult process. At this point I just wish they would answer my calls and just return my laptop.I recently spoke to a friend who had issues with the same service provider before. I was told that these guys put a new screen on his computer with a dead camera, and some screws were left out on the interior of the logic board. No one would ever notice this, this is out right scam.I would not recommend anyone to trust them with your computer repair needs.

Big Time CHEATERS, dont give your laptop here it is the worlds worst place to give your laptop. If you still give your system they will never give it back to you. It has been more than 1 year since i have given my macbook here and i have still not got it back. They are avoiding my calls and i have lost my only computer to them. If you give your laptop here they will spoil it and then say that it is not in working condition and you will have given your laptop in the hands of a thief ! be very careful, dont be fooled by the name...

My son gave his laptop here and they further spoiled it, it has been more than a year since they have the laptop since then they have stopped answering our calls and have not even returned the laptop. We even tried calling the owner of icomputer but he never picks up our calls. This company will rob you in daylight and will lie to you. Don’t give your system here they are big time cheats. Don’t get scammed by these people...

This company is a scam, they are the worst service center. They took my Mac and never gave it back, they are totally unprofessional and have no respect for their customers. I even tried calling the owner but he never picks up my calls, it has been almost 9 months since I gave my laptop to them and since then I have been calling them but they are so irresponsible that they never call back. Till the time I gave them my laptop they answered all my calls but once they got the laptop they stopped answering. Please don’t get cheated by them. I have lost my Mac to them and am still trying to call the owner but he is the most unprofessional person towards his customers.

These guys are giving the worst service, i went back to them second time for the same issue, they have did nothing new except to mess up another User Interface IC, they have stolen parts from my machine and replaced it with the duplicate parts, they will not stick to their words, they will make us to wait outside and replace the machine without our concern eventually begs for money. This is most horrible repair store around and guys stay away from this store.
