Worst Interview Experience ever. The interviewer is not even aware of the Job Description.

As i worked in HCL low salary, heavy work.. no hikes also. Before joining take the commitment over E-mail for hikes.

Worst experience I had here. Sai reddy is a Hr working in HCL Hyderabad and he asked me to attend face to face interview. But once I reached there they gave a question and asked to write answer on a piece of paper. As my roles were not matching I have asked technical team to check the JD once they simply nodded their head and refused to answer to my point. I left the place and to my surprise I found the HR guys who collected our resumes are watching Etv jabardasth and Tik-Tok videos and listening to songs. I don’t know how these guys got into IT and they got used to such kind of stuff. Team management should take strict action on them for wasting our time at HCL located at hitech city, Hyderabad.
