Found it to be a little more expensive than others. However they have the wherewithal to handle any issue and complete it efficiently. I wish the pricing was standardized and was not left to the discretion of the counter in charge.

Best service for computers and its accessories. Staff are very interactive and helping nature. I have visited 3 global technology branches in Hyderabad. In all branches they give importance to customer satisfaction. The process while dealing the repair work was good and smooth. Cost was reasonable when compare to other repair shops.

Cheated! Why do u come to Global, because u expect genuine service and u pay 500rs service charges (higher compare to market) so that if problem is only for 100rs u repair it and return the product but u dont create other problems and make a billing of 1600rs. Its better to go with local vendors bcoz even if they cheat u they charge u lesser service charges so eventually u pay less compare to such high profile branded service centers. When i said my smps was not having any issues and i was using it for long hours they confirmed yes its working for long hours but some times getting tripped, when u hear those recorded conversation u feel like u r cheated. Everybody is struggling to find a job and trying to wfh. But u get another challenge as no genuine service available even with the top brands.

I submit my i3-Desktop PC for repair at Dilsukhnagar service center for automatic restart problem, and they returned me after 4 days saying that we didnt find any problem and charged me Rs.250/-. I bring it back and checked again the same windows restarting problem. I returned the same service center and submit my desktop with the same complain, after 3-4 days they returned me saying that - it repaired and charged Rs. 500/-. I took it happily and found the same problem again. The quality of repair at this service center is untrustable. The behaviour of a black guy sitting at the Reception is not polite with the customers.

Worst service, high pricing of components, missing of laptop parts.For 500 rs internal fan they are charging 1200rs with gstwhen submitting whole laptop to them mentioned every thing on receipt. And at the time of delivery they saying that we didnt received the battery. Am just asked them if you didnt received battery then why you mentioned on receipt.For that their ans is its just a printing mistake, you didnt submitted the battery.In laptop major visible part battery is missing means, then just think how many inside parts and components are missing with out information to us.So am strictly suggesting please dont go to global technologies and dont loos your money and laptop.

Have been here multiple times to get multiple laptops and a desktop serviced. The process is robust and the servicing is satisfactory. There are no unnecessary charges . Even fitting , cleaning and applying thermal paste to my old desktop was done for free . The collection and repair process is well thought out with plenty of safeguards for theft protection.Small issue is with the low number of staff. Wait times can last from 0-15 minutes.

Good service but very expensive. The prices of the accessories is far high compared to online or market price. The service is far excellence and the staff is very cordial in nature.

I like this place because I used to repair my computers here ever since I bought one in the 90s.But now they do only laptops I heard.

CHEATING...CHEATING....CHEATING....CHEATING........Its a worst experience in my life with Global Technologies, i never face such kind of worst experience with any Hardware shops... i went for replacing a broken Screen panel.. they asked me for 1 day of time for changing a screen panel but finally they have not chaged completely, so i have collected my laptop and i reachd my home, when i try to browse something on my laptop but i am unable to browse anything on my laptop the reason is they have REMOVED WIFI DRIVERS from my Laptop and when i check my RAM slot its showing 2 GB instead of 4 GB Ram slots.. this is the issue faced not only for me, when i was seated in the shop i have seen same issue faced by 4 other customers who has already taken service from Global Technologies............................................................... so finally i wont suggest this cheating Services

Best service. I came for motherboard issue of my laptop they said we will have look within a minute I am surprised it got fixed. To my surprise they even said its not charged for the service. I had given my HP laptop for changing the broken display panel and TP panel at Global Technologies Anmerpet branch. The job id is C-7814. However, when the laptop was handed over to me today, a new problem of mouse touchpad not working properly (which was not the problem earlier) arose which Mr Nagesh, the service executive took very casually and blamed it on the keyboard issue . They have definitely screwed up something at the time of repair or fixed an incompatible component. Mr Srinivas, the technician is another incompetent technician who doesnt own up any responsibility.Never ever use their services. Better to go to an authorized service centerGlobal Technologies is just pathetic.I will take them to consumer court for this.

This is the best service provider for my Laptop I even been in entire region.I had a issue with my Dell latitude out of warranty like it used to hang after entering sleep mode.I called Dell service support but they refused to give support because it was out of warranty, so discovered many services providers to resolve the issue but they all failed to understand the problem only.Thanks to one of my friend who referred this service center to me because the main senior technical person understood the problem in just 30 min and fixed the problem with a day and charged me very nominal than my expectations.Hope you maintain this good service forever.

Very negligent people. I dont want to go here again. After the service, they forgot to properly fix keyboard which was restarting the laptop evry time I close the laptop screen. I went to ameerpet from gachibowli to get my laptop repaired based on a suggestion from my friend that global technologies does chip level repair of the mother board. My expensive laptop was not getting switched on and one of the repair shop had given a quote of 16000 to replace the mother board with a second hand one. I was hoping that GT can repair it and traveled 45 min to ameerpet. It is located in Aditya enclave which is a hotspot for many laptop sales and repair companies as well as computer software training csntres mecca . There are hundreds of shops in that complex and is very crowded. It is an old style shopping complex. Parking 4 wheelers is tough on this road but two wheeler parking is available. I had driven a car to reach that place and o had seen another car parked on the side of the road. I just took a chance, parked the car and went inside. The GT is in the B block and thus I had to go in to the backside building.. luckily the shops knew about global technologies and guided me.I gave my laptop and told that it is not switching on. The technician took it inside and told me that they will look into it.. I asked them whether I can give it and come back in the evening but he said they will take few minutes to determine the feasibility.He came back and told that someone has already played around with the motherboard and thus they can not repair. I asked them please look into it and see whether you can repair..he said if someone has worked on it they will not. I asked them that it doesnt make sense as they have to repair in the current condition and I can not afford to replace.. I asked them to check the issue. He said they have to test everything and engineer doesnt want to do it. He asked me to take it to Acer service centre.I was not impressed with their response and thus fave two stars.. if you think the review is honest and good, like it...

15/04/2019 - If they find the problems of ur pc or laptop and rectifies them with your permission, the service charge is 500/-, If you dont want repair to be done, the service charge is 250/-.Staff responded well and polite.They dont resell the computers (second hand), but purchases your old laptop and PC.I inquired and asked for quotation for i7 PC, the answer from them was We dont sell assembled computers.The showroom is dedicated only for repairing.
