Worst company ever...They said my interview is scheduled next day and i am ready with my PC waiting for it. I didnt receive any link for few minutes and i called HR asking the reason. She simply said if u didnt get the link it means you are not shortlisted. HR didnt even say in previous day that if u dont receive link for 5 minutes after schedule time then consider your are not shortlisted. They made me wait until i called them. This is a worst corporate practice. They will itself call you and say there are vacancies and they will itself schedule interviews but they will end up doing like this. Come on people, Dont dare to run a company like this, get some damn good manners of how to behave.

I have given the interview today (19.8.2021). You cant trust me that the interviewer selects very bad communication people but she told me to leave the meeting. As the situation of discrimination takes place that I told her I am basically from uttarakhand and living in Hyderabad. So, thats why she was not selected me. I would request GENPACT to treat all Indians equally. Thank You.

Useless company, Hrs show lot of attitude exspecially miss Pavani, she is like our India PMO, atleast our honorable PMO sir may be free for one two hours but this great HR Pavani is not at all have time in her life, this is how Genpact people leading there way, .

Good company for freshers but the annual package offered is very less as compared to other companies.

The best organisation one can work for, the organisation helps you to build your overall skills, Employee friendly organisations, each and every employees are respected and even their thoughts and ideas are been respected irrespective of whichever designation they belong from. Genpact is the only organisation where a person can work for years without leaving the organisation.All I can say a person is lucky if he or she gets a chance to work with Genpact in their Lifetime .

Good place for employment. It is a hub for most of the companies. Built up area is quite big and the entire structure is solar powered.But it lacks in cleanliness and good canteen food. I’ve found cockroaches near cafeteria and washrooms.

It is DLF building, it looks great...They have taken 1 hour security check to allow us inside of the DLF building.Note. Whenever interview schedule on weekends it takes lot of time to go inside of the campus due security check and Id card process etc., and no parking for interview candidates, they can park vehicles on their own safety..Note: above note has given based on my& my colleagues previous experience with ZENPACT interview schedule...

I love Genpact. Its good for beginners and and top level managers. Starting career with Genpact is good. However you get less salary compare to other organisations.

Superb place to work. Please do not join this company as a fresher. Gain experience n then when you think it’s time to relax with one job like a govt job, please join Genpact. It’s a company you won’t even think to exit

The Worst Organization... Just they will take interview for Timepass... they will be toying with candidate.I dont know what makes them to delay for recruiting a candidate and sending an offer letter.First they will say your selected in interview then ( after nearly 14 days) they will call for salary discussion they will say ok. After that me and my 2 friends have not received any emails, phone call nothing from them. If we try to approach them in call they will tell dont worry we will update you soon then no response after that... If we try to approach them via email we will not receive any response.Please dont believe this organization and resign from your current job. Unless and until you receive any confirmation email from them.

I am working here. DLF is such a nice place to be work. The building is awesome. So many companies are here. Kind of people you can see. So much speace to walk around the building. So many Food courts are over here.

I started with genpact, will make you work so hard but that will be a great platform to learn, well known for being one of the low paying companies but well known for job security as well. when no one offers you a job for being a fresher or anything, genpact opens its arms for you and ample to learn in IT. great environment, campus is superb with garden and parking space and big cafeteria.

Great place has best infrastructure but the security guys are very arrogant never listens to what we say my suggestion for organization is to get some useful security. Even if you think the security is good thats fine by me that was my suggestion.

Good place for freshers there would be a scope for learning and for experience person also it is very good. The base would be BPO but IT part also rapidly changing.Its moving towards digitalisation. The scope towards Artificial intelligence, Machine Learning, other Digital products.Genpact India Pvt ltd is one of the best companies in india. Genpact is having 70k+ employees and placed almost 20+ countries.

Worst security policy even you have the appointment with the company you need to wait for couple of hours at security point and even in the company the HR people will not follow punctuality even they have scheduled a prior appointment, you have to wait until your turn comes. No hospitality , no guest honour worst company I have ever seen.

The DLF building was vary large,you will find the many numbers of company in this building .the security was very tight,if you want to go inside you should have to show the email then only you get inside.but the bad thing was ,if you are going for interview you should have to park you bike outside and later you get a challan by traffic police.

Most of the process they is from a client. So working for another entity might cut down the benefits that you are liable for by default. Genpact is very stringent regarding salary structure. Hence you cannot expect exceptional pay out.
