Only reference is working. .i dont know why they are unnecessarily spoiling there time as well as ours .no positive response if someone calling also .after taking so many rounds they are saying to leave. Its a request to all the people at least who are going their dont choose company by its name and fame cause originality is quite different. I was really shocked by their reply after making me to wait for all most 3 hours. Dont play with peoples time .you people are getting paid for taking fake interview but we r not getting a single coin in return. So make sure u go for reference only an dont make people to waste their time and money by coming for interview. These kind of people are main reason of good candidates who r still not in to work though they are having good knowledge. Never do it again with anyone. 5 stars for company infrastructure.

The most unprofessional organization I have ever come across. I had interviewed for AM Brand Communication some time back, and cleared all my rounds of interview. They knew my package before they initiated the interview process. But once I cleared all my rounds they were reluctant to even pick my call. I had come down on my package and yet they dint even have the decency to pick the call and say that they have moved on. There are few things called ethics, if you do not have them you wont sustain for long.Wouldnt recommend anyone to work or interview here.

Not appreciable. They called me for an interview and HR took first round of an interview and told me to wait for further rounds and after 1.5 hr the receptionist comes to me and tells me to leave. Why? There is no reason behind that. Completely Waste of time.Given 5 stars just to make sure that everyone will read because all are interested in reading highly rated comments.

I have attended the interview today and the worst experience ever...!!! The HR interview was the first round and they called 5 members and asked to say about ourselves and i have spoken confidentely and clearly than rest of others even the HR appreciated but surprisingly after 10 mints she said me too leave ...!! I dont understand on what basis this people are slectsele..!! If u wanna waste the time for u to be paid then dont call people and make us fools for ua fake interviews...!!! U r paid and we are struggling for to be paid...!!! And dont discourage the people with talent its my sincere request as one who is confident too loses his/her request...hope the company people understand it...!!!

I Had interview at freyr software solution for Dot Net Developer Position.They Conducted 4 round.At the time of First round they,will offer hung amount of salary,but if you cleared all the rounds,they will offer very less,even the candidate cant imagine that much of salary. Waste of time and Waste of money.One Small advice for Management you just ask the Candidate expected CTC,If the Expected CTC Matches with your CTC,then only Schedule the Interview.Dont waste Candidate Time.
