Actually I want to give it 0, but there is no provision for that, so given 1. I will never ever visit this shop again. Purchased a Dell mouse for my wife Desktop to replace old mouse. It stopped working after 4 days, when I gone to this shop, he is not even bothered to give me a reply and simply saying go to service center in Secunderabad and he is not responsible. Better visit Rishika Computers in Dilsukhnagar, Mr. Mohan Reddy, who is the owner, treats customers very well.
