They are worst in giving service and loot customer money like anything. If you have some problem with Apple product and if you take it to Conquer, initially they will say the issue and the cost estimation to resolve it. Once you agree for that, after couple of days you will get call from their executives and they will say there are some more issues with your product. Finally the estimation cost will be doubled or tripled on what they initially estimated.This is what happened to me. Initially keyboard, later they said, hard disk and battery also need to change. The cost estimation changed from rs. 7500 to rs. 29700. I said no to change the battery. So finally they charged Rs. 19700.

Visited your Conquer centre on 23rd Sep21 as my macbook air wasnt working. You said that I will get a call in 2days letting me know what is the issue with the laptop, it is 4days now, no one called and there was no answer when I called twice today. Please call me and update the status ASAP

They have no parking for Conquer in the building they are housed. So, its your headache to figure out where you want to park your vehicle (Impossible as its a busy main road)Service is okay but the executives dont always know whats happening & keep going into a room to clarify.The only good thing was wait times were reasonable but that could be because I went right when they opened or were just about to close.

Last time i visited to change my lightning cable which was under warranty and they simply gave me excuse that copper layer burnt some short curcuit an all, but actually it was dust , black particle and due to language barrier i did not argue or discuss much and returned back to home

Good friendly staff but no cordination ..Took long time to get resloved and better have some good staff...Resolution are good and finished..They are more on time.....Most staff can speak the local and hindi english well...Sanitation levels are not upto the mark..Some of the staff has face mask or shiled protection.

You have to better book appointments prior because you dont want to wait hours sitting in their premises amidst a pandemic.

The moment I entered the place the representative Amin had asked what is the problem and then he sent the phone for diagnose. The staff is very friendly and they’re very polite towards customer.I really loved their service. Please continue to be the same

Nowadays its changed a lot. I am going here since 8 years. Now they take atleast 2-3 days for knowing the issue. New staff came, less knowledgeable people. Another 3 - 4 days for order placement. Atleast they take 7 - 10 days to resolve simple charger issues also.No timelines guarrenty. They just feel like they are doing favour if it is under warrenty also.

This is the worst apple care i ever visited. They dont respect your time and money. I gave my mcp for repair, first they told 5-7 days max. Then on first visit they told its been delay due to technical reason and it has been order please come in 3-4 days. On second visit they tell its has been repaired half done. Please revisit in 3-4 days again. Still not received...Save money and time and not visit this apple care for repair.

This is Apple authorised service centre in Hyderabad. I went here for replacement of my IPhone 6s Plus battery and service is fast. Staff is polite and very helpful. But they take service charge min 500₹ if and only if they need to open your phone otherwise they don’t charge. For apple product users this is good service centre in Hyderabad.

The service is good!! but worst part they do not know how to identify the problem perfectly they only know to replace the part completely and charge you huge sums.Just for checking my Macbook defect they charged me 1000 bucks and told me that i have to replace the part completely.After this i gave my Mac to some other tiny shop they identified it correctly and perfectly dealt with it.

Terrible service by Apple.My iPhone was not turning on and they suggested that the entire phone had to be replaced, which costs 25k, due to a problem in motherboard.I took the phone to a 3rd party service center and they identified the problem as a short circuit in motherboard. And fixed my phone for 4000 rupees.Apple just uses a calibration device to identify the problem and these technicians have absolutely no skills to open and inspect the phone. They dont even provide partial repairs.

I am extremely happy d services provided for my iPhone X. I am thankful for their friendly attitude. I don’t know whether I have to mention r not d name of d employee of yr extremed organisation. Last but least My personal thanks to Mr. Ameen, who have supported n d way he explained d problem n given precautions to use Iphone. Once again my thanks to d employees of conquer technologies.

I went for iPhone 6 Plus Not charging. They said you have to buy new phone instead of repairing. Very small issue back port not working properly. I went outside private people in Aditya enclave , he repaired very nice for ₹1000 . They don’t know anything. For small issue also buy new one this is their concepts

Gave my iPhone X with a face Id issue and got the dead non working phone back. Apparently they are not authorized to give the details to customers why has this happened. APPLES POLICY - Exact words were said to me. My phone was under warranty and they me to pay 80K if I want a working iPhone X. Why in hell would you call yourself authorized service center.

Regarding service of an Iphone 8 your team expressed it will not be repairable and need to change the phone, but my phone got repaired from your istation at kompally and the service is good. Dont give chances to conquer from apple as they are degrading the name of your brand.

I would like to give them a negative rating if it existed. Bad customer response. Gave us 2 different answers. No proper diagnosis. They want the customers to spend more. Worst attitude

My device went into recovery mode and was not switching on. They ran some software and it was reset. Data was gone too(but thats ok). Basically it was rudimentary process and they charged me 500 Rupees.. 500 bucks for resetting and when I asked if it was minimum he said, what minimum sir, the device got switched on right? Yeah right. But what the hell did you do to charge me 500 bucks???? To be frank I thought its free or may be a couple of hundred bucks. No standard list of charges, they just charge you how much ever they want. I blame apple for all this. Be prepared to pay even if they touch the iPad.

I gave my Mac Book pro for service and I am trying to call this number to get the status. No response from them. Also sent couple of emails to the support team. No response from there too. Very bad customer care.

My MacBookPro laptop was not booting up. I took it to a nearby Aptronix center and they told me motherboard has gone bad and it will cost me Rs 50,000 to repair. I declined their offer.Next I went to Ameerpet office of Conquer Technologies. Technician Krishna took a look, upgraded the boot firmware and now the laptop is working fine!!I will recommend this center for MacBookPro servicing. They seem to be competent and honest.

Useless service. gave my iPhone 10 days back . they told me i would receive a call in 1-2 working days. dint get a single call. i called them and they told that everything is okay now and i can collect the phone. And when i received the phone the prob is not rectified at all. they look at us as if they doing some favor and we r begging them to service our phone.this happened twice. i dint receive my phone now.They r no where near the brand value that apple carries. they r not even fit for being a service center forget about the tag of authorized service providers they call themselves. useless buggers.

Nice reception and token system.Service For all Apple products.My Watch3 whose screen had cracked - thin long diagonal line. Free replacement was sought. But since it was an e-SIM phone which was brought in usa, and at present doesn’t work in India, I was asked to replace it only in usa, where spares are available. Polite and helpful.
