The companys its are so lost in the world like after working here for 2 months i had to leave this job at that time Covid cases were getting High so left the job around April but after many months today they call me and say that i took there pc and i need to return them i was like wait what😂ssly it guys idk what thing u guys are High on i never took the pc they are blaming me i took the pf blah blah legal action nd all will happen then i told its your misunderstanding they are like okay i will check with my it team and let you know,Ssly CGS this what you do to employees who leave the job blaming them and framing them for the things which never happened.

Worst environment to work and worst politics on floor. The politics of the world is better than this company politics.Those who are joining in this company to them i will say first 2 months will be heaven for you and when you hit the floor, when you are on the floor then it will be hell for you.The seniors and L2s behave like they are the king and we are there slaves.The seniors and the floor manager will help only girls and they will be after girls. Its like when ever the new batch hit the floor the seniors will choose the girls like she is mine,she is mine.The office floor is not a floor its necklace road,Playdate and matrimony floor. Where the behaviour with girls are worst. They will do the girls work and offer something worst to them.Floor manager having affair with the L1 associates and juniors. They will torture you in the name of termination. No 1,2 and 3 warning letter direct termination.Not a good place to work for girls.Full of blackmailing in return to do there work.

Once I met an accident and company was not even cared about it, they did not even provided a painkiller to me and the Next day My TL Ali asked me to come to office and after 2TL Ali is the worst TL i have ever seen in my life. He dont deserve this position. He Doesnt know much about the process, he always asks to L2 for the help. He always hides his mistakes and always blames the agents for the consequences.As per the rules L2 doesnt have authority to give the warning letters to the employee but in this company L2 threaten you for the warning letter even for your small mistakes. One of my college was suffering with kidney stone in that situation the company is asking him to come to office and work for 9 hours with no medical facilities.Every time the company threaten the employees for the warning letters and termination. Because of this work pressure so many employees left from the company. They always says that they have to send the reports to dellThe company is only concerned about their business, not employees. Unbearable pressure. Highly not recommended. No support from any of the authority person and they always ask to wait and will update you. They make us to work with no salary satisfaction. Management is not able to stick on there words. No proper response on any query and management dont even speak proper English.

Been here for an interview. You should be prepared to have patience & carry a biscuit packet :P :DThere is almost 2 hours+ gap between each round of interview. There is not much crowd, we are around 10-15 members who attended for interview. Parking is not allowed inside for visitors, we should park our vehicles on road, there will be no space on road too (Depends on time). Didnt even get any proper confirmation whether selected (or) not.

Dont go for interview totally time waste.once i attend for this, they take my resume and tell for wait after 2 hours, they call for disscus in interview room, she asked just a question which type job do you want ? and told wait for result update ..after result i was disqualified, still didntd understand why i was disqualified ☺☺ so dont go for time weste.

Infrastructure is good, interview process also less hassle, only drawback is they offer you much less than industry standard salary.

Attended the interview here for non voice/ email process. After passing all the rounds of interview, I was told that there is no vacancy for email process anymore. I didnt understand what was the point of calling me for the interview and asking me to take up the tests to qualify for the job. This was all pointless!
