I wouldnt recommend this company you will loose your skills and experience also you will be threatened by asking to resign as if you are in a dangling pointerThey will target you if they dont like any thing .if you are in bench you are gone .better to work in small start up rather than working here.Please save your professional life by not joining here.I would recommend to work any where other than capgemini.this is a F**** A*** h**** company
