I have a very bad experience with them with my laptop service. I gave my laptop with 8 GB RAM configuration for window 7 OS installation. When they return me back, my laptop was showing 4GB RAM configuration. When I asked regarding that, they refuse to accept that I gave them 8GB RAM laptop. Instead, they started arguing with me that I dont have hardware knowledge.

Fantastic service, before visiting Bios technologies I checked on internet for dell laptop not starting with 5 beeps. Results showed CMOS issue and went to SBR computers in beeramguda after looking at good reviews. That guy told me its motherboard issue and needs repair even after my repeated insistence about CMOS issue. Then I went to Swapna computers same thing happened. Then I visited Bios Technologies with some hope.. and as soon as I explained my issue, he told me issue should be with flea charge most probably and drained flea charge, changed CMOS battery and asked me to wait for 16 hrs before starting laptop. And guess what my laptop was fine and running. I ius had to pay 150 rs for the service where CMOS battery was changed. Im 100% sure those ppl would have cheated me and changed my motherboard by charging hefty money. I would definitely recommend Bios Technologies.
