Waste of time, after clearing 3 technical rounds you will reject by vice president in the name of behavior and attitude if you demand for more salary.Why cant you conduct intial round with vice president to check attitude and behavior instead wasting a candidate time, so your technical panel not up to the standards to choose right person.
