Firstly This is my 4th time Interview in this Company. I have tried a lot but no use, Dont Waste your precious time. One day I went for interview they conduct the computer based test 30 minutes after completion of my test They told me you are not qualified and next day that company HR called me and send youre qualified then I feel happy for that. At that same day evening another HR conduct me the operation round and it was successfully completed. Next day HR team guy called me and said again you have operation round of this final interview via zoom. Now, two HR were conducted me the operation round and it was successfully completed. I asked them when our results will be announced they told that Recruitment team will call you. But I am waiting from 5 days till now I not get any results. I am trying to contact HR team but there is no response. On 4th Oct, 2021. I am contacted the HR team guy he told me I will saying the results by end of the day but there is no response and on 5th oct, 2021 When I am contact with that guy he telling me that please contact to company office. This is how that company HR will be. Just I am asked for my results. I told them If I not qualified please let me know. But they dont have time to tell our results. Waste of time Just go with other interviews it is the best thing to do.

Clients after-sales service which the agent has no control over will be counted into Agents surveys and you will struggle every day to stay in GREEN even if you give your 110%.Company is good - on time pay, Cab facilities and all the basic things.

This is completely disappointing experience for me. I just got an email from naukri stating so and so package.. when i went there and asked for this was the package shown on naukri.com. They simply crossed the word stating its for another process. The scenic was fabulous as you might feel youre at some other place but not in Hyderabad.

Campus is big easy to get lost here from gateway. Staff was friendly this time but take lot of time in interview process. I came here morning 11 am and went home at night 8 pm. Simply they wantedly delaying and wasting our time.

Everything was good . It was clean . Sanitized place . They are checking temperature of the human bodies . Has parking space . But not enough space if more vehicles are there . They will take aadhar card at the entrance who are going to attend interview . I went to 24[7] here . There will be online test for non voice process . You need to have good communication skills for voice process . It is international process . You need to chat with the customers to resolve any issues . But I found the systems we need to take online test have no cameras , and some are not working properly . It was a trouble . I waited for half an hour to get a system for my test . And after completing my test I was not able to submit my test because it was showing processing . Really it was trouble for me and also to the candidates who came for an interview . It has cafeteria .

Hello Sir/MamI have completed my 2 rounds of interview by end of 5th July Monday 2021, then on Wednesday i got message to join zoom meeting for further round, when i join within minutes they ask some people to drop off today call including me & said we will get back to you through call email or message by Wednesday or Thursday where i was qualified for further round but they didn’t responded yet. In this situation we are doing our best to crack interviews & taking part keenly to not let go with this opportunity, therefore i think the company management is not serious enough they just keeping us await, at least inform the date & specific time. Hello i have attnted the onlne intevw today the recruiters werent able to control and manage to take the session properly,i have join the metting at 11am it took them 6pm in the evng to cmplt the instructions sessions after that they were not able to take the test the test webste wasnt opening for the participants who have attnded for the intrvw,if they cant manage the crowd why should they allow so many at a time serioulsy can a hr handle 200 ppl via zoom cl guiding them to register nd mke them to write the test.so finally they cmpltd the instructions the test site wasnt opening at all, i waited for that test webst for 2hrs aprox at 7:45 pm.I have been said that if u get the feedback site u can leave the zoom cal so i have got the wbst so i left the zoom cl nd logged in the test site page nd given the feed back nd cliked on the a link ie Take the test then a video started playing after that the site was showng it was in processing state so it took 1hr but still i couldnt give the test.what kinda mangmnt is this if u cant take the intvws online then u shall not take it nd make this knda prblm to the ppl who r attndng this knda intervw in this knda cmpny

Yeah, I work here as a sales representative. Has good infrastructure but not management(HR). You will have leaves in your bucket which you cannot use. You dont get paid properly(LOP) but they want you to work an extra mile which I dont do 😜😂. I was hired as a CSA In August 2020 after just 5 months of time that means after the High volume season has ended after Christmas they removed almost 70 agents including team leaders saying that there is no requirement now. Whoever is reading this, please dont join here theres no job security.

Very worst experience no cooperation on interview very lengthy and unreasonable rejection

I have completed 2 rounds of interview for semi voice process & waiting for next round so please anyone from your department contact me through email or phone, i am need of it. There is no phone number or email id is properly given.

It does not even worth of 1 star. I visited this company on 2/04/2021 for walkin interview. 1st round completed by 12.30. For 2nd round they said be sharp @1 pm but after waiting for 4 hrs outside @5 pm they took second round of versat exam test . I qualified the test and they sent us home @7pm and said we would have zoom meeting of 3rd round @night. Night 9pm we had zoom meeting and gave 3rd round. Till now after 5 days no update from them as made it or not . No response from Hr team, support team anything. Why do you invite people for hiring, wait them for long hours and send them without any completeness.I thought it is a good corporate and all systematic but it was worse than local bpo company .

Well company seems to be good. But find very unprofessional attitude from the hr department. They did not mention the age criteria in their job posting at naukri.com and when i went for the interview, they made me register online to their website and then ask me to wait for my turn to get interviewed. after half and hour when one lady HR approach me for an introduction round. She saw my date of birth on my resume and informed me that their selection or a job interview age criteria is 30 years of age or less. The HR lady was nice and said sorry and told me that if in near future any openings come they will call me. But a sorry doesnt help. Many candidates come for the interview from far places..24/7.ai need to be more professional and clear in mentioning selection criteria. I hope they dont ignore this review and mention clearly the age criteria in their next job posting.

I worked here 1 year ago. Simply i can say is ....1) low salary+high pressure+ more work. But friendly environment colleagues and higher authority people are good. Shifts are rotational and timings are not dependable.2) its a customer service where u need to chat with customers (like swiggy & zomato) but on electronic products. I mainly didnt liked the work because they trained us to give false information to customers just to maintain the standards and sustain in company.3) Interview process is moderate. If ur English is good u will get selected cuz its a customer service oriented company and most of the candidates get kicked out in 1St round only.Hope this review helps u guys.

Hello beautiful people this is Abdul, my first round starts at 11am and it will be the introduction and technical questions it was very easy and I was shortlisted for voice process finally, the times around 7.30pm, they send us to home and again they conducted a virtual round at 8.15pm through generated tin number one time use. I was very tired and my virtual cbt test is over then there is no response from 24.7 teams. Even if I am not selected also they has to conform through email or by phone or at least receiving call, nothing like that. I am very regret of 24.7 team and there process is very disappointing for professionalism. thanking you.

Worst interview process please guys dont go for interview even govt jobs interviews not go so much depth the whole interview process is not related to subject what they want. I went for interview and my first round started from 10:30am and my last round ended at 9pm over 200members attended for the interview not even single person selected the hrs are ridiculous and the salary they will offer only 11k. Guys dont go and waste your time. The hrs girls are egoists and they dont select any of one worst mnc company I never saw company should look into this matter.

There is no much problem for transportation.you can reach the office through metro by getting down at uppal metro station and then take a running auto towards NSL tower. auto costs only 10 rs . I didnt like the way management runs behind numbers. There is no employee satisfaction, no way for HR or Management to find what the employees are going through. All they care about is numbers no matter how and which way you accomplish these numbers. I have seen TLs teaching team members how to find loop holes and do wrong practices. They already lost a few processes due to this. I have seen employees terminated because of unethical practices that were taught by their higher ups. No action taken on higher ups. Only impact is front line executives or TLs. They tell, you are a king until you are caught and thats how the support goes from higher ups. The moment you are caught, they hide as if they never know who taught a new bee how to manipulate and blame on them. Roots must be strong. All they do is showcase themselves as better than others. The fact is, they are no different then others. They are worst. Good only during first 6 months of training. Pressure starts building up from 1st month of training and is unbearable from 4th month. Keep earning $ and forget employees. Good day.

It will be good untill you work in there,as it is a customer service center there will be heavy stress, once you are relieved no HR would even care to respond to your query. Never opt for a contract job in this company, they will extend the contract period at their will, you cannot deny as they will mention it in your call letter, no contract bonus will be provided until the contract is completed. All you performance will go in vain, if you want to leave at the time when the actual period mentioned in call letter.
