Reasonably ok especially for senior citizens as the society takes care of all requirements like food, medical etc. if needed. flats are 7 years old but look good.

I have rated because the building and the colony is very big.After entering the main Gate 🛣 it will take hardly 3 minutes 1.4 Km in the middle of the way you find the 3 headed lion 🦁 on one side and the fourth lion 🦁 on the backside.Taking left side of that headed lion you can easily find the buildings 🏢 at the left side.In the entrance the watchmen and security guards will be checking and they are friendly and they will guide you were you want to goThe park is very nice and chairs are available to seat and the parking is also big.

This is an excellent retirement community or in simple words it is assisted living for the elders. There are so many facilities provided to the residents which include door delivery of groceries, medicines etc. There is also an all vegetarian cafeteria which provides breakfast, lunch and dinner.

This is located about 3 miles from A S Rao nagar.There are flats of about 8 floors(not sure). Mostly occupied by senior citizens. Young people also stay there. The Mess is for people who cannot cook or for anyone living there. You can go to Mess and have food or it can be served at your place. Morning tea, breakfast,lunch, evening snacks,and dinner are served. 24 hours ambulance is provided. There will be doctor visit every week.Some program will be organized for Senior Citizens to take them out for their entertainment.

Now Saket Pranamam in Kompally is being promoted by the same company. Other senior citizens please beware. These guys know nothing about elder care and are just using that claim to market their flats to affluent elders who are looking for a comfortable place with all facilities. Look before you leap because you cant afford to make a mistake at this stage of your life.

Retired people in Pranaam -1 instead of enjoying life and going around court cases. Terrible Choice, Inferior quality fittings, doors. No Ammenties provided even after 3 years of possession in Pranaam -1. Once the group takes money does not even respond to emails properly. The team is not even capable of building proper slope to cellar damaging our cars. Think through before you invest.
