One of the happening places in Begumpet area. The ambience and feel is similar to that of a famous HRC. The seating is really comfortable and surely adds to the luxury. The place also has live performances almost daily and that surely adds value to the place. The pricing was absolutely perfect and was a true value for money. We tried out paneer chilly, nachos and springroll. All dishes were well prepared and the serving size was also perfect. A must visit place for party lovers. Do note - They have 50% off on every Mon and Tuesday.

Great ambiance yet Poor management.This used to be Bottles n Chimney, one of the oldest pubs in Hyderabad. Despite its great heritage and huge potential due to great location, people find it hard to bear with the rude management. Not at all people friendly. Visit at your own risk. We had arranged our team gathering here and thought we were ok but the management didnt even commit the deal offered to us to prove what they are :(

This place has a Musical Band Theme/Sports Bar look to it, with good service by the staff members. Nice ambience and proper Valet parking. It deserves a 5 star rating due to the fact that it delivers service proportionate to what you pay.

Good in terms of location and quality of food/side dish. The music was also good. Service has to be improved to serve dishes like crispy corn they are taking close to 30 minutes. And on two occasions the time consumed was same, though while taking order it was told that it might take 10 to 15 minutes. We visited there as the menu showed Draught Beer. But actually Draught Beer is not available at Heart Cup Coffee. In case you want the same kindly make a phone call before you visit.

This is much better at Begumpet for a quick bite or sip in. They have a decent menu and bar. Quantity of the food is mediocre. Therefore do not expect much and the pricing is decent as well. Do visit .

Went here today.Ordered A my heart cup coffee, a chocolate shake, and Veg Baked Macho Nachos.We didnt quite like the nachos. But loved the beverages.The drawback of this place is the noise, since its on a busy road.

Food was good and they were also serving some dishes which were not on their menu. Ambience was so so because during my visit AC in one area was not working. Other wise they were treating customers very well.

The one in Begumpet is good, not great. But the interior is like a rock and roll hall of fame! The cost isnt too high either. You can go eat once. They have an offer on drinks that you can check out too.

It is a super good place. We could go alone or with a bunch of friends. Either ways too good ambience and very nice tracks played.😍 Would surely want to visit again when I am in Hyderabad. Thank you heart cup coffee. :)

This place is a adda for me and friends partly because its situated in an easy to access location. The ambience of this place is nice and mellow. They host live comedy events which are fun to watch with a cold one in your hand. Theres even a dance floor to show off your moves. All in all its a nice chilled out place to go vibe out or hang out.

Cozy and clean place for get together of groups for socializing. Have wide assortment of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. The sides are also good, however are too spicy. There is ample amount of parking and the place also looks spacious and elegant.

Just an okay place. Entry charges are 1500 of which 1000 rupees is refundable. Very limited menu of drinks. No other beer was available other than Kingfisher premium. Ambience was below average. Service was just ok. Though their menu clearly says that service charges will not be levied, even then they smartly charged the amount when they brought the bill to us. Had to take up the issue to get the amount adjusted. The DJ was good. All in all, just okay. Nothing great.

It is a great place to get drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, specially smoothies and coffee based drinks. Decent food to accompany the drinks. There is scope to improve the quality of food. IPL matches are screened. It has 2 levels of seating inside and also has open seating available.

Good ambience, however the hospitality and service was very poor.Waiters were busy watching IPL match, DJ was playing some old stuff.Place is good to hangout with friends for some quality time.Further, the charges if you enter after 7PM is 1000rs out of which only 500 is cover.I understand if the charges were for Pub, but for a cafe and for such poor service its not advisable.Would suggest HCC to remove those entry charges.

Today Ive been to begumpet one 1st time. Im a regular customer of kondapur n jubilee hills. While entering security/bouncer asked me for entry fees. As far I know no entry fees will be there for heart cups. So pls be alert. Im saved as I raised the same question

Pathetic service. We chose to sit outside but this was the biggest mistake. Order was taken 35 mins after being seated. Drinks were served fast but soda ordered for the Scotch was flat. On the repeats, the service staff was explicitly told to bring soda that was effervescent. He went indide thrice and came back with nothing. 30 mins later I had to approach the bar counter & plead for the soda. Finally it was served - again flat!Not a place to bring friends and have a good time. Service - the lack if it will kill any good experience expected. God save this place.Saving grace - the food was quite good.
