He was very patient in listening to exactly what I want and suggested me to go with qod treatment.I am super happy with the final results and special thanks to Anil for making my hair look healthy and managable. He also gave me good tips and  guidance on how to maintain the hair after the treatment. Would surely recommend this salon for hair styling.

Senior stylist Naveen has been outstanding for more than a year. Always giving his best service. Suggesting what suits you best and delivering too. Recently I did some streaks. Before doing it, i was totally confused what and how to do so that one looks subtle while stylish. Attaching pics what came as a result after Naveen put his efforts suggesting the best. Whenever you want to show it off, just a clip to hair, when not.. just let it down.. It is amazing.Great Going Naveen!

I walked out half way through my haircut. I wore a cap to the salon so when I removed it my hair was messy. Normally the hairstylist sets your hair to see which areas to cut and to see what style you prefer your hair to be. Not only did the dude at Bounce not set my hair, but ended up sticking clips to the top of my head and started straight up chopping off the rest of my hair. The previous haircut that I got last month took into consideration the shape of my head and the scars I had as well as the length of my hair on top and the gradual decrease of hair to the side. The haircut this lunatic gave me today makes me look like a pineapple, shaved sides and very long top. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN.

The Saloon was a good experience..The staff is friendly and service was great .They are strictly following the Covis norms..

I would give full rating for the quality of their work but only 3 stars for their service. After confirming my appointment at a certain time they made me wait for more than an hour at the salon. I call that poor customer service especially for the price that they demand. I expected better. I do want to call out that the staff apologized for making me wait and they said it was unavoidable for them.The location of this salon is in jubilee hills. They have valet parking available and are currently following good social distancing measures. Their products are good (Schwarzkopf, kerastese and morrocan oil products). I got global hair color + hair trimming done here a week back.

I regularly visit this salon..I am pretty satisfied with the service and cleanliness they maintain in the salon. I usually go for hair spa and hair cut, trimming. I really like Moroccon hair spa and hair cut by shekar. Shekar really suggests good hair cut which is suitable for us and also how to take care of hair to avoid hairfall. During this pandemic, they are extremely careful and they offered me PPE kit..Only thing I am not satisfied is, we need to pay charges for PPE kit and facials are bit costly.

Had very Good experience and has a very good support staff. Sandeep has been my stylist for 3 years who is very creative and does an excellent job as a stylist.

But I didnt go there for that. Do we?. I would have preferred any shop with good haircut rather than good ambient Salon.After my post on review. I was surprised to get a reply from Bounce team saying that no records of me are with Bounce. I booked the service on my name (Vino) for me and my wife on 5th October. I went there first thing post lockdown and we were so happy and relaxed to know that they follow all the precautionary guidelines. Before starting any service , the professional’s temperature is checked in front of your and shown to you for your satisfaction. My hair had become horribly damaged, frizzy and hair fall was just too heartbreaking. As I visited the saloon , Mayank , suggested me olaplex and QOD treatments. My hair is finally so smooth shiny and looks full of life. The best part of the whole process was how Mayank made me feel super comfortable and explained the whole process well in advance and what I can expect as end result. I have curly and fizzy hair from the start and I am always so wary of getting any hair treatments or cuts done because the end result would never make me happy. But my husband regularly visits Bounce and particularly Mayank for all his hair and beard needs. I can confidently say now that’s for all my hair needs , this is my place to be !

Post lockdown this is one salon which follows all the precautions for covid to the word.They have quickly adapted to threading using neck and are fantastic especially Lithia and Mona.They sanitize the room in front of us and follow all safety precautions.
