I have very bad experience, Doctor is very good, but optical department is.so sorry to say that it not at mark. I paid Rs. 14000/- after discount, for Varilux comfort model. I got a worst model and asked to replace, they promised but after 10days they gave me same lens and once again I given back and this time they change the lens but with cheaper quality I feel they have cheated me with Cheap lens after collecting the amount for expensive lens. I am totally un happy and suggest no for new person.

Worst service. The staff doesnt have the basic knowledge. I visited at 3:30 pm and they made me wait for 40mins and I was the only patient there. They dont even have tissues to provide for the patients. The only good thing is the main doctor. I suggest, not visiting the Vasan Eye Care A.S.Rao Nagar branch.

Now the hospital is no more, i.e they have closed the branch opposite Radhika Theatre branch.

Recently my mother left eye operation done in Vasan eye care, I am 100% satisfied.In A S Rao nager Vasan eye care staff were helpful.Mainly thanks lot to the lady consulate Prashanthi guided us in each and every requirement (expenditure ,medicans and operation)- really very happy to approch Vasan eye care A S Rao Nagar.Doctor Bhargavi had suggested to go for Cataract surgery to get clear insight.Thanks lot for all.

One of the worst center. Have got my mother for a cataract here. The appointment was given at 9am and the doctor arrived at 1.30pm and it was told the machine is yet to arrive and will take 1.5hrs more. Never ever go this place they dont have the equipment or the surgeons available on time. The customer relationship is very poor. STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT TO GO TO THIS PLACE. ITS A HELL

Worst service they insist you to purchase eye drops even if it is not required even the maintainance is not gud at all. They dont accept card.The only thing gud here is d main doctor. I strongly recommend not to visit AS rao nagar branch. Even aftr these many negative reviews the management is not at all concern about review.

The worst experience I had today there no manager at the back end. The receptionist has attitude and no mannerswith no good communication skills. They have no swiping machine for a surprise.the reception people have no courtesy for the people coming wd swollen eyes .she handovers a form to fill up where the patient is not able to see. Only one doctor its ok.
