Please take some time to read this review if youre going for a job profile in this company. Ive worked with this company for the past year, the one aspect I like is employees given liberty. If youre looking for a career then this is not the place you should be looking for. No progress in a job nor salary appraisal. No employee engagement, no incentives/benefits whatsoever. The management is good, not great since theyll back down on their own words. For e.g, the Operations Manager (Mr Salahuddin) promised me an experience letter but didnt provide me with one despite many attempts. In that aspect, he is an unfit leader. I was selected but bond was problem.i saw review saying vanitha hr is bad so giving less star.but one person problem its not company problem. I met one HR Saithi/Swathi same company in training she is good talking and motivating for work career, so dont judge company by one person.if company removes bond super company for freshers,i will also join.i applied also.

Company is good but salary is less but there will be no pressure we can go and do our work nicely.i gave 3stars 1star I reduced for vanitha madam behaviour she is worst HR I saw .vanitha madam learn some English and then show your attitude.she insults everyone.1star for bond and 5000deduction otherwise 5stars.

I worked over there it gives lot of job offering still they need more Jobbers and here work is video monitoring easy work and they take 5000.00 rs in each and every employees first month salary. If u work 2or 3 months they never give money back and also at starting they never give offer letter, if any doubtful go and ask who are working still now here.Without asking employee terminated at any time in this company
