I was here with my friends. Place looked good from outside. Most of the items listed in the menu isnt available to serve. Poor Management. Customers are not treated well, we were asked to shift place for 3 times. The person who takes order is very rude and not at all willing to speak, not interested in taking order, when asked for any item, we receive straight NO. Without we confirming for check out, we were given bill, meaning they want us to leave without asking if we want to order anything else.Surprisingly Cafe Abbott is still on VAT and Service Tax. When asked the management why not gst ? They say the machine is not working..Service tax was removed when asked for ....Asked for any feedback email or phone, they say nothing available as such.Too expensive when compared to other places which offer better service at better price.

Its a hookah cafe. Food is average, service is slow, hookah is nice, beverages are decent. The place is usually quiet and not crowded. They have indoor and outdoor seating. They also have a projector and a large screen to air sports live and music too.

A decent place to hangout with your friends late in the night. The food is not that great though, but till you will enjoy it as you getting a decent stuff to eat late in the night not having to search for it. Need bit more staffing, as I feel that the guyz working in here are always over worked and sometimes leads to delaying the orders. Gave it four stars just because it is open till late in the night.

Food is extremely delicious. bug should keep the wide range if menu items available, like milkshake and smoothie and juices.

Id prefer Café Abbott only when I am not left with many options for Sheesha parlours in and around Madhapur.But the Aura is fab in the evening post 7.. Do visit in the evening time and prefer outdoor seating

Prices are like stock market here. The last time I visited I left a Rs.100 tip to waiter for his service, next time I got a doubled bill (without prior notification. I myself realized that bill is incorrect) The lady manager told me that prices have been doubled last week and they keep it surprise for you till you order for a bill.Service is pathetic!
