Madam Dr Anandavalli is great there are no words to describe her treatment, I can say she is life saver like god just with medication. Only really experienced with Dr knows this fact. She is retired and sees the patients at her residence. She is wonderful for her service to the needy patients with no commercial sense.But I agree the appointment process is worst and disgusting. When you book phone appointment they ask you to come on a day at 7:30 AM and you are required to stand and wait for a clinic lady to come and call the names, then she will give a token number, again you will have to wait for your turn to see Dr. Every staff here behaves like they came from mars and patients are from earth :). Be prepared to loose your self respect there if you really need to see Doctor. Its their strong point and our week point. I request the team/staff to enhance the better practice for appointments. I hope Doctor read my review and suggest the staff accordingly.Caution: Dont mess with the lady at medical store.

Hello Friends, Even I have the worst experience with the staff.. There is no zero rating here.. thats why I gave 1.. This is too much for appoint booking we need to come again and again..First treat people as human beings then all will come next..

Waste hospital no patient support nothing no oneresponds on landline i called 174 times rings but no ones responds

Worst service.For sake appointment booking whenever me make call they wont lift call.rude behaviour by staff members.
