Visited the showroom to try few models of office chairs before buying. I was able to sit and try the various models and check their comfort levels. The sales person took the order and did a home delivery the next day. To my surprise the chair was delivered pre-assembled. Good experience overall.

My review consists of 4 parts:1. Showroom: 3/5This showroom severely needs an overall upgrade/renovation, it is not in the best condition but it is doing the job.2. Customer Service: 2/5We ordered a table and a chair from this showroom on 9/04/2018 and made half payment. The store manager told us that we can expect it to be delivered by 25/04/2018 if not then it wont go beyond 30/04/2018 but they were unable to keep their promise and upon reaching out they kept telling us tomorrow it will be delivered and unprofessional excuses like the driver is not available or technician is unwell after two days they stopped taking our calls.We then reached out to the store manager and he apologised and promised us the delivery the next day and finally the product arrive on the 3/05/2018. The table we received was damaged (Photos attached) and we had to reach out and ask for an immediate replacement. The delivery person had taken photos of the damaged table and left.The manager called us later in the evening and informed us that they will replace the table in 2-3 days maximum and considering their previous record I did not believe a word he said.The replacement was made today finally (13 days later) on 16/05/2018.Total number of days: 383. Deliverable: 1/5The person who came to assemble the table did not have any specialised tools to fix the table. He was using his finger to measure before making holes on the table. Note that there are no screw holes made on the table and they do it on site. Anyhow he fixed it incorrectly first so I had to point it out and provide him with a scale and a marker to do the work properly.Not to mention that he had the nerve to ask for a tip after finishing the work.4. Quality of Product: 5/5The product however is of excellent quality and worth for the amount you pay. I love the minimal design of the table and also the chair. However the overall experience was not very pleasant.Overall Rating: 2.6/5Improvement Suggestions: Better handling clients, trained technicians and improve speed of delivery.Will I visit their store again?Maybe.

Ordered Amaze chair, and got delivery through the Somajiguda branch in 2 days along with installation. 5 stars for these guys. The quality of is top notch. The companys centralized payment system needs improvement though; had to follow up multiple times for it.

Feather lite stores Khairathabad is a full fledged store for office furniture. I did visit here for purchase of office chair. staff here have full knowledge about the products available. The staff at store did spike to me and understood about my need and suggested the best product at reasonable price for my usage. My special thanks to Sales officer Mr.Zubair who was polite in responding to all my queries and suggesting a good office chair. I would suggest anyone who are looking for executive chairs or office furniture to visit the store for best price and good quality product.

We have a company discount for the featherlite chairs so called them for a chair and at first they said that they will send the payment link and all but they never responded. Second time emailed them but no response and again called to the Hyderabad store and they have said, send a message to their whats up number and I did and you know what no response to that as well. If you have a demand and cant deliver your products you should not promise like this. Remember each and every customer is valuable and from me you would have got other customers. I think you dont like selling your products.

The quality of the furniture in display is really good, even though a bit expensive compared to Tumbi and others. We used to have Featherlite chairs at work, and they were extremely comfortable and durable.
