Good place but very small and you are better off sitting in the gates. No social distancing, no masks by half the people in the lounge, and over crowded. The number of people were more or just little less than seats available. Also the crowds near the food station within the lounge were huge, dont even think about it. Food options were limited, but amidst a pandemic, food should be the last thing on your mind in a crowded place and a life threatening virus on standby.

Probably the best domestic longue in india..24/7 service they serve alcohol too and food was good and they have wellness centre and also smoking room within the longue which is the best part overall loves it and will be looking forward to visit it again..!

Excellent Domestic lounge at Hyderabad Airport. Located exactly next to Gate 28 its a must go place if you are at airport.1.Beautiful entrance2. Excellent Ambience of seating3. Bar (Additional cost FYI)with smoking lounge next to each other.4. Huge Dinning Area with best seating around for the group travellers or family5. Tea cart counter for fresh hand made tea (To all the tea lovers out there)Food is considerably best and very luscious and services are at lightining speed.Usual cost now are around 1500 - 1800 INR Per individual which is very reasonable for the outlet.

Had a Great Experience. Stay is restricted to 2 hrs for visa/mastercard users. Good food coupled with amicable atmosphere makes this an excellent space to live-in during your transit hours. Located near to Gate no. 28B. Use the elevator out there and get to the lounge. Paid entries are also allowed. Breakfast time starts at 4am.

Superb lounge, comfortable and clean seating area, Food and beverage are available for free. For drinks will habe to pay. The only limitation here is, they allow you to use the lounge for 2 hrs only, after that again you have to re-enter. Otherwise everything else is great

Its a Nice Place..Good interior with comfortable seating arrangements...But the food options for lunch was very limited!Could have provided more items rather than just plain white rice with one gravy and one salad...No options for desserts!And it was very crowded at lunch!

A great place to stretch your travel tired legs, freshen up and even enjoy a hearty meal overlooking the parked aircrafts.Enough space and comfortable seats available to cater for a rush hour, bathrooms are spic and span clean and well kept.Hot & tasty meals are served by courteous staff almost round the clock, however buffet is discontinued due to Covid.Water and other beverages are available at self service counter.Overall, the lounge offers a comfortable layover experience, even complementary if you hold relevant Credit/debit cards.

These guys were a savior to me! 930 pm onwards Hyderabad Airport was dead to serve food.I had trouble finding the lounge and gave up after my first attempt itself but then I tried again as my flight got delayed. I had eaten my dinner and had a gap of good 10 hours, these guys had quick speedy check-in and then I quickly got some pretty decent food chicken and rice.I cant be any more grateful. I am quite satisfied. Writing this just after getting to my gate.

Good food. only 2 toilets out of which 1 was not working but was repaired immediately. food was good. carbonated beverages lacked taste. even though no wherr it was written we were shouted at when.we tried to take photos by a staff. the strange thing is that they themselves are asking us to rate.

Its very good lounge, good is really tasty.So much crowd and very less privacy. If you are here in the morning time you can have nice views and the breakfast is amazing. Theres very few options but still you can have an awesome breakfast or meal.They should add more seating to accommodate huge crowd.But you dont have any power slots to charge. You only have mango and orange juice, and water. I think theres no soda or cokes.You could definitely consider visiting this lounge if you have free access because Ive been to other cities but the lounges over there are horrible.

The sitting arrangement is the best. The lounge is well managed and sanitized frequently. There is no buffet but they are providing veg and non-veg platter. Food is good but no filter coffee.

Plaza premium Lounge is available 24X7 . Has around 100 seating capacity. Staff are very polite and place is well maintained . They do serve meal , coffee , water & some soft drinks . They change food menu according to time. They serve both veg & non-veg. If you have a valid credit / debit card you can pay 2 rupees and get free access to all these services. If not it will cost around 800 - 1000 rupees (Not sure). Satisfied with their service 🤘🤘🤘

The lounge is extremely good as good as international terminal lounge. Has got 3 seperate sections for food, work and leisure. The leisure section offers good view of the airport. Can casually relax watching the flights land and taking off. Unlimited coffee, tea and cold drinks are available. Due to covid buffet service is stopped meals are provided at the table.

Was Traveling to Ahmedabad from Hyderabad on 26 of July 2021.I always use this lounge while traveling internationally or Domestically.The staff were very Helpful and courteous.The service was impeccable.Especially by a Girl named AthulyaHope you continue to maintain the same in the future too.

Good lounge to relax before your flight.its got spacious seats that can help reduce fatigue. Buffet spread is good but my personal preference is to go light on the stomach before the flight.i loved the masala oats soup and beetroot salad.

Full precautions have been taken by the lounge fot Covid situation proper distancing of Seating arrangements as well as the food cleanliness.The staff is courteous.Especially Akshay for his kind attitude towards guest and maintaining proper distance .Kudos to the team .Visited twice in 2 days time .Highly recommended do try there Pudding .Its open 24*7.The food was served hot and freshly cooked .Looking forward to visit it again during my next layover .

This is a good place to be when you reach airport early or flight gets delayed. Varieties of food is available but if you are not having any premium credit card or corporate cards (selected), you may need to pay for very expensive meal. This place is being renovated currently and heavily crowded.

Certainly a place to stay if you have flight delays or reached early. Best to access if you have a pass or complementary access.Food is available at times and the quality is good. The ambience is great with sofas comfortable enough so that a small person can sleep easily. Bar also available, can have drinks which are obviously paid. Food charge is included with your access.

A great place inside the airport to relax and have a quick drink or snacks before hour flight. The reception and the service staff are excellent, very helpful and courteous. They are very ready to help you in anyway to make your stay memorable and comfortable. The place is very well maintained and clean.The seating layout is very well organized for small family, individuals or groups who need privacy.There are a couple of desks with computers for any essential business. The bar and kitchen is well laid out open.There is a good quality Espresso machine to churn out nice coffee of your choice.The chef makes excellent masala omelette to order. There are a few options for south Indian snacks with condiments. Flavored yogurt and parfaits, cut fruit and salad, cereal, some bakery items and cheese are all spread out well in the buffet. The service staff are very prompt in clearing used plates from the tables promptly.The toilets are clean and dry.Overall a great place to be in Hyderabad international airport. However, the management could consider improving the quality of bakery items eg. the croissants and the cup cakes are such a disaster, the seating and the tables are not suited for dining. The light sensors in the wash hand basins in the toilets are tricky to get them working.

Its on the ground floor when you are going towards the boarding gates , I personally didnt find the spread great but one has enough to feed himself , No liquor stand there makes difficult for people who want to enjoy a drink with the food.

Lounge is good. However during peak times it gets too congested. During my recent visit, I had to be in queue for around 15-20 minutes just to get the entry. Then, getting a place to sit was another herculean task. Food quality is average and not up to the mark where it used to be before.

I have visited at 3 am they provided me with water bottle and beverages like tea and coffee. In Breakfast they had two options veg and non-veg , I ordered veg it contains idli, upma, cutlet, desert.

Its an expensive place and doesnt have variety of food options. They only serve 1 non veg , 2 veg, flavoured rice , 1soup, dal, paratha , salad. This is a very common menu here .. they dont change much of their menu. It is only worth of you use free swipes on your credit card. Ambience is full and is under renovation. You can get drinks on request. Charging slots dont work at some places.

One of the better lounges at Hyderabad airport. The seating is comfortable and the staff are very courteous as well. However I did not like the food platter here whether it was breakfast, lunch or dinner. It is simply incomplete. If this is improved then it will be the best lounge at Hyderabad Rajiv Gandhi international airport.

The plaza premium lounge has a variety of food and drinks according to the time of the day they keep rotating the breakfast, lunch and dinner options. My favorite was the breakfast due to healthier options available. Its a comfortable lounge but I would recommend more private quarters for the guest and not just open seating. The service is good, but the spa and shower services were not available even though it was mentioned on the website before I booked it. Beds/reclining chairs should be available for guests who have a layover overnight to rest comfortably.

I have been to this place multiple times and had a good experience with the staff as well as the ambience and entry procedure. Recently on March 6th. I have been to this place again while I’m travelling back to pune from my native and due to this pandemic they have stopped the buffet system to avoid contact of people by any means. They are providing the food over a plates (Limited) and also the staff is handing it over to the table to avoid rush at the buffet stalls which is safe and hygienic.Only suggestion i wanted to give is do not hesitate to ask for more quantity because there might be people who think they can eat food here if they are travelling in night or day.Staff will get you more quantity on request.Don’t feel ashamed to ask and fill your stomach.Have a nice on going flight.

Great lounge with very large area and seats but very crowdy during afternoon evening peak times. Every seats was occupied. Toilets is inside the lounge.food is not much options available only 3-4 dishes. Looking at the size and crowd there should be more dishes.

The place is calm and the food is decent.This lounge is near near gate 28 (domestic departures). You would have to take the lift to access this lounge.

Mr. Mahipal is customer friendly who assisted me in every step of my r coffee making ..This restaurant doesnt match International standard somewhat ok... complimentary alcohol and food are served for those Plaza members as well as business class passengers nothing wrong venturing it but I wont recommend for Starving stomach
