Products owned by TATA co. are little over priced. The billing system of STAR supermarket is not good as their systems do not update the special offer price available in their bazaar itself.

Everything is good about this store except the pain point at billing. Most of the time only one counter is operated and at max 2... They should also utilize the unused counters when there is little rush..

Neat and clean good place for shopping

Its beautiful store and we make sure we only go to star to shop. But after filling our trolleys one has to beg for some cashiers to come and make the bill, no one stands at weighing counters, no help from any staff, no managers are around, we go there as its of TATA GROUP and Tata always help our India in any pandemic or any other calamity.. hope some one from Tata will respond to my issue.

Our regular go-to place for groceries. Most items are available and well organised. Quality of vegetables are mostly good.

Economy shop and good quality

Some products arent available. Empty shelves. Staff is more involved in storing and sorting of products. Then addressing the customers. Although dry fruits are available at a cheaper rate.

Regularly visit. Discount displayed for stocks not available. Its not once but several times. Get SMS about offers which dont exist. Needs to overhaul stocking procedure

Surprised to see the discounts on the products. I used to visit Star Bazaar earlier (more than two years ago when I was in Hyderabad) but the discounts were little less than other well known supermarkets. But this time there are good discounts minimum 7% discount on all MRP products is really attracting offer. More discounts on Tata consumer products.

Tata is a 10K Cr Revenue Business house compared to ITC which is a 50K Cr Revenue Behemoth. Star Super market may be just what Tata needs to beats ITC. Star has a conspicuous absence of ITC products from its shelves. ITC will hit 5K in 3 years but will Tata Consumer Products mature to that level will depend on its operational efficiency.

Fresh meats ,bright aisles , overall good place to shop for daily needs

Great shop and great owners (Tatas), but the local management needs much to be desired! For example, the billing counters are always under- managed/staffed. One has to shout and complain to coax the staff to open more counters during traffic - especially during the Covid times.Also, many a times, paytm doesnt seem to function, the computers suffer from glitches and customers are made to wait or made to shuttle from one counter to the other.At times when contact-less transactions are favoured, & patience running low, the management should maintain & secure their software to run seamlessly.The manager is always hiding inside and it seems to us that he is reluctant to come out and address public grieviences.Computer pass words are always a problem. The staff keep running to & fro to seek passwords from the manager - Seems to give a very projection.But, overall, I like the outlet!

Tatas .. True to its age old risk management initiatives. Unlike many leading super markets, the customer is screened with thermal gun and of course hands sanitisation is ensured. The store has good spread. But perhaps since I was early didnt find some greens. All in all its a good family grocery, fruits, vegies and non veg outlet.

Have nice range of products....and offers are also tempting....need to improve on number of stores.... ambiance is neat and clean...Would request top management to open near rtc colony, tirumalguri.Instead of physical membership cards they can opt for Mobile number link membership or app based cards...

A department store in Sindhi Colony very close to ParadiseNo different from any other department store.Actually went there to see if I could get a particular brand of green tea which doesnt seem to be available anywhere: TE-A-ME Kashmiri Kehwa. It wasnt available here neither.But otherwise the place seemed to be well-stocked and was quite crowded.The staff were quite courteous and informed me that theyd arrange to get me the tea as soon as possible.
