I had a very good experience for the treatment of my mother with the Dr. Prashant. I am in regular contact/follow up with doctor since last 5 years as mother had liver cirrhosis. His advice and timely measures surely extended the life patient. Helps the patient in emergency and give correct advice and treatment. Undoubtedly, he is very knowledgeable and has excellence in curing the liver/gastric issues.

Hes no life saving doctor. Hes moneymaker. Wont take you in urgency even if youre dying...

I called on Wednesday and the staff nurse/ receptionist gave me the appointment for Friday 9am. Today I reached at 8:50 and saw 10 people waiting before me. When asked the nurse (who did not disclose her name) said that I have to wait as its first come firse serve basis. Why the hell did you give me an appointment then?? I am in urgent need for medical attention so I waited for the doctor anyway, but until 9:45 the doctor didnt arrive. I had to come back home without having consulted the doctor.He is a very renowned and respected doctor and thats why I chose to go to his clinic, but the management, behaviour and lack of professionalism of the staff especially the reception nurse is beyond inappropriate. Not only was she rude, but hoarding patients in times of covid in small room should be made an offence on her part. Highly disappointed. This has to change, I see so many reviews talking about bad management of the staff. Its time Respected Doctor Sir sees this review and we hope things change.

Not complaining about the waiting time cause we understand the rush and all, the main problem and a big setback for this place is1.STAFF is MISBEHAVED, the way they communicate and treat patients in person or on call is highly unprofessional and rude.2. They dont accept cards or any other cashless payments (ONLY CASH)3. After a long waiting time for the procedure (consulting/ other services) They keep patients waiting for hours for issuing a cash recipet for the service provided from them. Its like when all the patients are consulted and dealt with then doctor himself writes all the receipt al together at once so the patients aha to wait till all the other customers are consulted.However the docter is very well behaved and has great professional knowledge and one the best gastrologist in the city no doubt but we recommend some changes in the management.

One of the worst experiences I have had. Got in the hospital at 4pm. Waited an hour before the procedure started. During the procedure, the doctor was continuously making small talk with the anesthesiologist. Even took time mid procedure to take a phone call. After the procedure there was a 4 hour wait to get the report.To top it all, payments only accepted in cash. In an age when digital payments is the norm, this doctor only accepts cash. For tax evasion purposes most certainly.Go to him if you have nothing better to do with your time.

I called the clinic on given number, but instead of understanding my concern the person on a call behaved rudely. I was talking very patiently and humble way. Then suddenly the person on other end cut down the call which made me write the review.VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

No doubt about his expertise. He is a stalwart in domain of Gastrointestinal issues. But the services as a doctor are pathetic. Hospital is overcrowded and doctor does not listen properly. He is always travelling, hospital staff is very rude at answering calls and giving appointment. Highly recommend to get treatment from Ahmedabad hospitals. They are cheaper and better treatment is available.

I had my own medical report dated 1st feb 2020 from Bankers heart hospital. He asked me to go thorough the test again in his laboratory and charged me Rs 1000/-He didnt even listen to my problem.

Very very busy place. Doctor is highly skilled and experienced, but doesnt have time to give to patients. Go there with an appointment. And never forget to enjoy a lot of ice creams, coffee and tomato soup, since youve got ample time in waiting , which goes on forever. However, your actual effective time with doctor is hardly 2 mins (30 seconds here or there -give or take).In short, didnt have good experience there.

Great doctor, excellent consultant and perfect treatment given by Sir.Before got the treatment from him, Suffered from a severe disease and pain. Almost spent more than 5 lakh rupees and still nothing is diagnosed.Prashant sir gave a small treatment and now cured.

No doubt that he is an experienced and knowledgeable doctor but few drawbacks is with him and hospital too. You won’t get easy appointment and after your visit to hospital a lot of time will be wasted . Doctor don’t listen you , don’t try to clear your doubts and keep writing.

Not concerned with patients suffering.He is always in a hurry, doesnt listen to details, did not do basic clinical examination, and like a school child he wrote my complain on a small piece of paper which had just his name and address printed on it with not even his registration number. He just wrote my 7 years long digestive problems in one line without mentioning even duration.They even do not provide a proper file to their patients. Lack of professionalism.He is always in a rush, like he want to earn as much as possible in one day.Yeah but they are good at one thing, charging the patient. I was charged 1000₹ for this bad experience.Conclusion- its a business.

Pathetic place and staff. After requesting that I am in tremendous pain, the staff asked us to wait. after making us wait for three hours the doctor walks out without examining and we are told that he has some work so come back at 3 pm and there is no guarantee that you would be attended to because you do not have an appointment for that day. We had an appointment for the day after which they cancelled on their own and when we asked about it they said now they can give us another appointment only after five days. Why would anyone want to go to such a doctor?

The only doctor in the world who writes you a prescription even before listening to your problems. He was more interested in sending me to a ‘Particular’ laboratory for a test than listening to my health issues. WontW recommend to anyone. He is not punctual at all, his staff said he calls people at 9 AM and comes at 10 AM himself.Waste of money and resources!

He is pathetic...he is selfish..he also visit in bhailal amin hospital and from there he ask the pateints to visit his private clinic named liver clinic. he says that rates at liver clinic are less as compared to hospital..however the fact is opposite..where endoscopy at bhailal amin is of 1500 he charges 6000 at clinic and where full abdomin endoscopy at hospital is 2500 he charges 8000 at clinic..and he ask almost 70% paients to visit his clinic instead of bhailal amin hospital..people reading this review i would request not to visit him..there are mucb better dr available in delhi for liver in( ilbs hospital )who are not greedy..

Staff is not giving perfect answer ,even first time they take immediately and from next time when you come with report they said wait no need for appointment and then when we come to show report they enter our name and then we have to wait for 5 to 6 hours at least and even during this if any new patient is come they take them,in short really waste of time
