I am satisfied with the hotel. The location is great,the services is great,you will get great foods.For cleanliness they need to work a bit more but you will still get a clean room. Overall a great hotel I must say.You will get a great value for money.

They have remove the old beds and bedsheets . At least they could have use the room freshener. Better than a standard lodge .

The location of this hotel is good for shopping and other purposes. But the hotel itself is bad. First of all this hotel was built in 2005 so, the hotel is very old and its style is really old. The hotel is not very good in facilitiez. They had not kept anything in the room when we arrived. Its a hostel area so you can get cheap food here and there. Not a good experience.This hotel needs real refurbishment.This hotel is way down from the price they take. I would not recommend anyone to stay here.And for the record, I loved Hyderabad♥️

Breakfast is good. But we need to walk down to sitara residency to have it. Sitara paradise has no proper lift facility. Most of the times under maintenance. So had to do up and down stairs. Area wise good locality in ameerpet. Worst things are the bathrooms. Horrible. If u bath half of the water will run down to room. Tiles are fully fungal. No proper cleaning. Standard Room is too small even to move around.. But thats not how it was shown at the booking site. Definitely not worth the money. Worth less than wat I paid.

We booked 2 rooms for 5 adults and a child. Hotel location is good ! We went with a larger car and hence could not park in the Hotel parking in the basement. However, with the help of watchman and Hotel staff, we could park safely in front of the Hotel. Inclusion of breakfast is a big plus and quality is A. Rooms are good too with all inclusions and very prompt and helpful room service. I would suggest going with the executive room for 3 adults instead of the standard room. Very good valie for money rooms ! I rate it 4/5.

Decent hotel, room service is good as well, price is at little high end, location prime location. good for couples and friends. Breakfast is given as complementary, but have to cross the busiest main road and go to other branch of Sitara. if there are elderly people, theres no way you go to have breakfast. its too inconvenient, hotel cab arrange breakfast buffet at its location itself.

Nice service

When me or my family member visits Hyderabad, this is the goto place for us. The staff is diligent and brimming with hospitality. The room service has never been delayed and the breakfast buffet that comes with the stay(2 coupons per room) is excellent enough to be memorable.

The staff is very cordial. The breakfast provided at no extra cost is very sumptuous. they have a great spread and are very professional in service.I did see a cockroach in my room but I think tgat can be taken care of if the hotel supervises these conditions as well.

Convenient location. On line booking suggested for reasonable room rentsCourteous and helping staff. Free WiFi is available. Breakfast is free but you need to step out as the restaurant is located on the opposite side of the main road. Go early for the buffet breakfast or you land up waiting for replenishment. Not very helpful restaurant staff. Fairly good breakfast.

The staff at reception are very rude, dont know how to behave. My guests are arrived in the morning romms were not available that time, there is a way to convey the same. Instead of that i asked then what to do now their reply was that was not my problem take a call what ever you want such a rude behavior. After i callef to MMT for assistance they spoke to them arranged a room in 20 minutes.

The hotel is at very good location, very close to both Ameerpet and Panjagudda metro, convienient to all sightseeing locations, food options available as well. The complimentary breakfastat their restaurant was very good. There is parking underground for 3 cars comfortably.

It was unlike the other places I have stayed at. Though the staff was very professional, and the rooms were decent sized, it did have a lot of insects. That is a big pull down for me in sense of cleanliness. Would recommend only as a last option.
