Im from Chennai. Stayed here in Aug 2021. Check-in date is 2nd and stayed for a week. Waste of money. Near by there are good hotels

Staff behavior is good, its not that good, but ok, bathroom is not clean, bad smell is coming, room service is good,

2nd time we stayed in this hotel, cleaning was good, charges was same as other hotels, but room services was not proper, hot water not available 24 hours, manager was proper, failed to give good services.Only name is grand.

Its ok,Lift is not good,Service Evarege,Morning only hot water,

The worst room service/management I have ever experienced. They encourage you to not book through online portals like OYO so that they could overcharge you. They even allot a room of bad quality if you had booked online.I have given an extra star just because of the clean room although the room was pretty small.The bathroom was clean enough too. However, the bathroom lights did not work and they didnt even give any heed to my requests to change the lights. Moreover, the behaviour of the staff was not good.You can bargain for reducing the price though.One good thing that I liked was the exhaust fan in the bathroom fir obvious reasons. 😅

It was ok... but behaviour to guest was not good...and actually rude...

Very nice staffs & manager.Allowed checkin for 24 hours instead to check in at 12:00 pm.4-5 minutes walking distance away from secunderabad railway station.Those its small in size but at very prime location at centre of city.free breakfast is add on.

Near to Railway station, good service given by staff and I recommend other friends to stay there. Keep it up.

Very difficult. I booked a ac single occupancy via clear trip. When I reached hotel for check in (3.15pm)hotel receptionist said he can allot only non ac room. I asked to provide ac for which I paid. Then i called cleartrip for help. The room which provided by hotel without tv bathroom light etc., Then after all struggle finally they provided non ac room with tv. Receptionist is also very arragunt person. He asked me to checkout if I have issue with room. I never visited such a hotel. I have been booking since 2years via make my trip, goibibo, redbud etc., I never faced such a situation. I say waste of money and beware while u book via online.

The room size , behaviour of staff all excellent.But as conveyed earlier also , in South India , hoteliers dont care about offering Hindi TV , paid or unpaid channels in all the rooms. I missed this facility in Sagar Grand.

It is very close to the railway station. Rooms are nice & clean. The management is the worst. They are literally trying to loot you.

Not so good but ok, staff not curtious. Cleanness is poor. Reception area is clean but rooms are dirty.

Bath rooms were small.hot water from 7.30 only if you want earlier immerson heater will be provided which is not very comfortable. No wifi was available.I dont know how gostay certification was given.It is not value for money.

Very bad experience in this hotel, 1)Room size is very small. 2) cable network full day/night out of service.3) morning time no water supply in main cock I am bathing from washbasin water.
