Andhra bank has the worst customer service after opening account.Even the staff cant reach their back end team for grievance,as they are not responding to calls of their own staff members. This is ridiculous, horrible. I would personally recommend no to open Savings account in andhra bank for new customer.

I visited for want of one application they said wait for ten minutes .after ten minutes I again asked they said printer not working 😡 worst behavior by the staff towards customers not only me.it take 30 minutes to get application

But several Govt undertaking banks are still not ready for changes and its Andhra Bank one among.Extremely poor customer service is the reason. The employees are not interested to accept any task. They think customers are surviving because of them and doing a favour to them. Worst customer service bank in India.My amount got stucked while I was doing payment to some gateway on 4th Oct .I havent got my money back till now .whenever I called to customer care their answer was wait for 3 days
