It is a pleasure to walk down the aisles at Q-Mart for groceries. They house most of the global brands and so this becomes a one stop shop for all the grocery needs. Their frozen section is sprawling, and has an array of all types of meats and sea foods. They also have fresh meats. The only thing is that the shopping aisles begin with the frozen section which is kind of weird, as frozen food must be the last pick before billing, so that it does not get thawed before we reach home. So we usually fill our trolleys and then walk back all the way to get the frozen stuff which gets a little tiring considering the long distance one needs to walk back.The prices of their imported goods at times are higher than those available on Amazon. So must compare before buying. Fruits and vegetables are the freshest here. One downside is that everything is available in 1 kg packs. So we need to approach the staff to reduce the pack for us, which we got to know after a few experiences. Due to this, we would usually drop buying vegetables and fruits from here. Packs of all sizes must be made available.The staff is courteous and always willing to help. Billing is a breeze every time with very little wait time. They don’t have closed billing counters like many others’.

Great and complete collection of Vegan Supplement brands like Nutrazee. Excellent place to find a wide variety of health and wellness products. Supportive Staff and great service. Best premium supermarket in Hyderabad.

I am a regular customer at Q-Mart and I just love their range of products. I inevitably end up buying a lot more than I had planned to buy. I recently discovered this brand called Zillis at Q-Mart, and I am totally in love in with their products. I especially love their garlic, tamarind and lemon powders and they are so pocket friendly!!

The quality and diversity of products is amazing. Youll find things which are rare to find. Not a place for budget shopping though. Its heaven for neat and cheese lovers as they have got lot of varieties. Overall, will always prefer this place over others for exotic shopping.

This is a first class supermarket. You will find excellent quality products that you cannot find in other supermarkets.But be careful with imported products, because you can find the same product up to ten times more expensive just for being imported.

Very nice collection. You can find almost any fancy international products here. They have variety of collection available.The fruits and vegetables are soo vibrant in color and so nicely packed you would want to buy them even if you are not a fan of veggies.There fresh salad bar has yummm salads.There bakery has freshly baked Japanese cakes which are so soft and tasty just melt in your mouth.The bread is also nice freshly made.The only downside is that this place is heavy on wallet. The prices are expensive hence, 1 star less. It isnt for masses.

Pros wide variety and fresh vegetables and groceries. Ample parking space in basement , courteous and cooperative staff . Catering essentially to upper income group and expats it caters to different palate groups .Cons the entry and exit are in the highly congested Shrestha Mall in Gachibowli which is an unplanned construction and the vehicles coming into the mall and exiting the mall congest an already congested and bottleneck crossing . Not enough thought has gone into selecting the location . Billing has been found erroneous on multiple occasions and to get it rectified is a highly tedious process even though it is because of their error . While they promote BYOB - bring your own and claim a 5 rupees off on billing the same has not ever been passed off and when you ask and they smile and claim ignorance.

They are good, well stocked and displayed very well section wise. As you enter, the attendant follow mandatory corona check followed by using hand sanitizer. Most of the commodities you need are available here including imported stuff. The staffs help in guiding to locate your need. There is a small cafe where one can have a bite with coffee and watch TV in a large screen. The check out is without hassle and a helper pushes your trolley to the basement where the car park is located. One thing you should know is that all commodities are sold at MRP. The fruits and vegetables, nicely packed, are costlier than other super markets.

Q Mart is a great place for grocery shopping. The staff is friendly and the product range is exhaustive. They carry everything from basic need products to imported produce.I love their bakery, the breads are fresh and one can see the bakers in action.The green section is amazing too. I have always found their fruit and vegetables to be fresh and abundant.From a price point perspective they are a tad bit more expensive than your Big Bazaar/Spar. However the shopping experience and selection of products makes it worth spending that extra rupees.

Went a couple of times , stuff is generally of good quality but last visit we were duped of poor quality of jaggery . They had 25% good quality mixed with really some bad quality . Same packing everything same but stuff was different , we got seven packets of that brand and only two of them had the reqd standards.stopped visiting this store now. If they can do it one item then I am sure must be doing with other stuff as well. ..

Q-Mart is one of the oldest destination retail market in Hyderabad. You get most of the groceries and imported/domestic items. They have recently opened a second one near Gachibowli. This is the largest retail store in India. Excellent customer service as well.

Everything was fine even about the price I dont want to complain... But some times fresh fruits and vegetables which got spoilled are still keeping in packs without checking..... That thing which I noticed when I bought and saw in storing them in home.... This I didnt expected from (Q mart).

Awesome place to do grocery shopping. From the produce to the products qMart has almost everything for customers. The fresh produce especially greens such as Kale, lettuce, romaine, etc. They also has fresh Asparagus, Brussels sprouts, Cherries, mandarins etc. Even the normal products here look extremely premium. There cold section is also commendable and cheese section also has a wide range of cheeses and cold cuts as well. The bakery here from Farine also has awesome baked goods I purchased croissants from here which were delicious.

The staff is extremely nice, one of the best supermarkets Ive been to in India. My phone ran out of battery. They helped me with it, picked stuff for me while I was at the billing, tried to book an uber for me and dropped me till my uber ensuring my safety although it wasnt late but it was curfew hour. They didnt rush me inspite of their closing hour. I was the last person to leave the store. They sell the best! Theyve got it all.

Since Hypercity in inOrbit closed - this is one of the closed places in and around Gachibowli to get Western Groceries. Has a decent collection of spices, veggies, sauces, meats, bakery, food, kitchen utensils and everyday stuff. A little pricey but might be the only place to get some of the hard to find ingredients. Check the stickers on the boxes and make sure that you intend to buy imported stuff instead of accidentally spending a. 1000% of the price. I didn’t check and paid 1k instead of 150 for Kellogg’s cereal as it was imported

Really a great range of products. Could not have imagined getting so many international products which are very difficult to find. At entrance, there is temperature check and sanitizing of trolleys. Felt more things could have been added for hygiene. Hence 1 star is less else a perfect 5 star. You would end up spending a lot more than you imagined due to their wide collections. Overall a nice experience.

Good variety of exotic foods, but priced higher than other super markets for same items...many are sold at mrp. For ex. Delacta Cream cheese is sold for ₹900(mrp) where as same is available in Bakers Supermart for 750.Gachibowli store is well maintained.
